Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Linux, and modern data engineering practices to support data integration, transformation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Develop automation scripts using Python for data processing and workflow optimization.
• Work with Linux environments for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across data platforms.
• Collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Data Engineering concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and database design.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux commands, shell scripting, and system administration basics.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or similar data engineering tools.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in cloud or data engineering are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

• Oversee and manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for cosmetic production.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain seamless production schedules.
• Conduct market research and attend trade fairs/exhibitions across India to source innovative products and stay updated on industry trends.

Production Coordination

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure availability of materials for efficient manufacturing.
• Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth material flow and inventory management.

Research and Development Support

• Work with the R&D team to identify and procure suitable raw materials for new product formulations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in cosmetics and skincare to support innovation and development.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that procured materials meet regulatory and company quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Perform cost-benefit analyses to optimize spending and secure the best value.
• Conduct forecasting and variance analysis to align procurement with financial goals.
• Review and approve expenses related to procurement, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to meet organizational goals.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in procurement in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry.
• Strong knowledge of raw material and packaging material procurement.
• Proficiency in production scheduling, market research, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in cosmetics production is an advantage.

Minimum 6+ years of experience building global enterprise level systems Extensive experience developing complex distributed event-based microservices using C#/.Net Core Knowledge with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Exposure with distributed messaging / streaming platforms (Apache Kafka) Involvement building CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps) Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases SQL and No-SQL databases

Strong Product Designer profile with Top / well-funded B2B SaaS or B2C products

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in hands-on Product Design works (UI, Visual design focused) for Top Products / startups

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must be very strong with Visual Designs and Design systems (Wireframing, Visual Designs & Design systems)

Mandatory (Core Skill 1) : Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools for interface and interaction design.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong Visual / Product Design works for Top B2C or B2B SaaS products

Mandatory (Company): Top / Well-Funded Product startups (B2C Products preferred)

Preferred

Preferred (Education): Design Education background (BDes / MDes)

Responsibilities:

● Execute campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads & other portals to drive growth.

● Work on optimization of campaigns through lever like CTR, conversion rate, average order value, etc.

● Analyzing & Reporting of Data & executing changes based on learnings.

● Coordinate with the design team to ensure campaign implementation.

● Planning & Testing of creatives & Audiences.

● Work on creatives & communication for the ads on various portals.

Must Haves: -

● Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in Performance Marketing

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Exce

• Read and understand the scope of work, and deliverables for the assigned project.
• Get confirmation on the same from TL/Manager.
• Ensure completeness/adequacy of data for a specified project. Coordinate with the site team.
• Have a good understanding of the relevant standards, and testing procedures.
• Prepare the reports as per the standard formats. Ensure customization is done if required from the client end.
• Keep track of completed, ongoing and upcoming jobs.
• Participate in the report discussions.
• Actively involve in training

The KRA for the position is as follows:

• Make outbound cold/warm calls to find qualified leads
• Good knowledge of internet search techniques to identify potential clients / partner companies  and update the prospect database
• Follow up on inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries leading to appointments and demo requests with client
• Give Product demo and presentation to client
• Research, prospect and identify large customer opportunities ensuring sufficient numbers in the funnel to ensure target attainment
