Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, designers, and QA teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including leadership, on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure the team follows software development best practices and ensures that projects meet technical and business requirements.
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right skills are available and tasks are prioritized effectively.
• Manage change requests and scope creep, ensuring projects remain on track in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead post-project reviews and retrospective meetings to analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role with [X] years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, including cloud technologies, software architecture, development frameworks, and databases.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external vendors.
• Knowledge of risk management, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Technical certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or related) are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and software testing strategies is an advantage.

Position: MIS Executive/Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a team that prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key trends & opportunities. 
• Overseeing the collection, storage & management of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy & completeness. 
• Identifying & resolving data issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies and built systems to identify and resolve the same. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows & optimize operational efficiency. 
• Collaborating with IT teams to develop and enhance data systems and tools to support business needs. 
• Preparing sales analysis and product analysis reports 
• Generating adhoc Report requirements from Ops, Marketing, Accounting and Training verticals. 
• Verifying the accuracy of inter-store stock transfers  
• Creating & compiling monthly qualitative analysis Report & monthly Customer RFM Analysis. 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• 5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and business intelligence, preferably in the F&B industry. 
• Experience in Advanced Excel & Tally 
• Must have excellent time management, organized and detail-oriented skills 
• Must be able to define and work to deadlines. 
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of database management & data warehousing. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

About the role –

● Counsel students over the phone for admissions in UG & PG Courses.

● Assist learners in forms filling for admission.

● Guide students to take admission in our partner colleges as per the assigned targets.

● Have a direct access to the colleges SPOC as & when required & help in admission conversion

process. Maintain daily MIS on the calls & walk-ins (if any)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce platform, through the creating of test plans, test cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for new features, bugs, and enhancements. Ensure the successful deployment of projects by defining and implementing end-to-end product test strategies.

Analyzes functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual test scenarios.

Communicate with AQA Engineers to make our e2e-scenarios automated

Participate in scrum team activities and be the voice of quality in your team

Collaborate with other teams, product office, support team and release managers.

Required Skills:

2+ years as a QA Engineer/Tester (Relevant experience including salesforce)

Knowledge of the Agile SDLC utilizing JIRA

Experience creating/updating and maintaining manual test cases, test plans, and test suites

Experience with test case management tools as well as maintaining test cases outside of tools

Familiar with bug tracking tools and creating bug reports

Experience troubleshooting and reproducing issues and defects

Experience testing web service APIs and using API testing tools such as Postman

Will be great to see:

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or SF certification

Experience with SQL and query writing

Comfortable with automated testing tools (Selenium)

Experience with Java

Knowledge of Apex Jav
