Additionally, our smart intelligence solutions enable a deeper understanding of operations through the use of data science and advanced solutions like process mining technologies.

We have offices in New Jersey and Connecticut in the USA and in Gurgaon in India.

The growth of artificial intelligence accelerated these thoughts. Machine learning made it possible for the projects to get smaller, the solutions smarter, and the automation more efficient. Bård and Erik wanted to bring AI to the people, and they wanted to do it simply.

Simplifai was founded in 2017 and has grown considerably since then. Today we work globally and have offices in Norway, India, and Ukraine. We have built a global, diverse organization that is well prepared for further growth.

Convin.ai is an AI-backed contact center software company that uses conversation intelligence to record, transcribe, and analyze customer conversations. We provide solutions for sales, support, and collections teams to maximize business output across customer-facing interactions.

Convin uses AI to improve customer interactions by analyzing and optimizing conversations. Our platform helps businesses automate quality assurance, uncover business-driving behaviors, and create personalized coaching instances for agents.

Founded in 2020 by four IIT Delhi alumni: Ashish Santhalia, Bharat Patidar, Atul Shree, and Durgesh Choudhary, Convin has grown 3x over the past year. We are projecting a 200% growth in new customers and plans leading to tripling our revenue by 2024-25.

We started building Cogniswitch in 2022. When the world was debating between the future of work being remote vs hybrid vs in-office, we applied the AI lens to the future of work. We see the future of work to be hybrid– Knowledge workers working with knowledge Agents – non-human beings powered by AI and Enterprise Knowledge. Knowledge Agents who are trained on your rituals, practices, methods, way of working and learning. Helping enterprises create knowledge agents – that's the mission that we have set for ourselves.
