Role & Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate user requirements by conducting user interviews and workshops
• In depth understanding of UX audits utilizing the 10 key heuristics and the ability to evaluate design on each one
• Create user flows to understand how a user completes a task
• Create personas, information architecture, sitemap, journey maps
• Research trends and perform relevant market analysis to produce effective solution
• Building wireframes and prototypes with varying degrees of fidelity
• Utilize design tools to create pixel-perfect mock-ups and interactive prototypes
• Knowledge and experience in UI testing tools and methodologies like usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic analysis, and accessibility concerns
• Articulates design decisions to explain why the proposed solution solves the user and business problem
• Delivery of UI/UX artifacts with documentation, while adhering to timelines, coding standards and quality
• Maintain design consistency, build DSM, define patterns, interaction design, etc.
• Conduct surveys and collect feedback to enhance user experience in consequent releases
• Compliance with UX processes and maintain organization standards

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Designer, with a focus on B2B SaaS / Enterprise UX Products
• Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 3+ YOE in UI + UX design experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise products
• Mandatory (B2B Exposure) : Must have hands-on B2B experience
• Mandatory (UX Skills) : Must have strong end-to-end UX experience (research, flows, wireframes, journey, prototyping)
• Mandatory (UI Skills) : Must be able to deliver high-fidelity, developer-ready Figma designs
• Mandatory (Design tools): Hand on experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma. Knowledge of Axure, InVision are a plus
• Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have strong portfolio of Product Design works from SaaS / B2B / HRMS / Intranet Products. The portfolio should show detailed case studies, not just UI screens
• Mandatory (Education) : Bachelor's degree specializing in Design or related field (NID / NIFT / IIT / equivalent preferred). No candidates who have only done short UX bootcamps (2–7 days).

• Preferred (Tech languages): Exposure to HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Job Title : Software Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on across the complete testing lifecycle and comfortable working with modern testing tools, APIs, databases, and scripting.

Mandatory Skills :

Manual & Automation Testing, API Testing (Postman/Swagger), Load/Performance Testing, SQL/Database Queries, Basic Scripting, Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, and use of Test Management/Project Tracking Tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle: test strategy, test case design, execution, and automation.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and load testing.
• Use project tracking and test management tools effectively.
• Conduct debugging and responsiveness testing using browser developer tools.
• Work with databases to validate data through basic queries.

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field
• Experience in manufacturing / prototyping / vacuum casting / 3D printing preferred

•   Experience with  Azure database technologies including Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake Exposure to Change data capture technology Lead and guide development of an Informatica based ETL architecture.
•      Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members. 
•      Head complex ETL requirements and design. 
•      Implement an Informatica based ETL solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements. 
•      Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements for the requirements.
•      Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy. 
•      Determine if requirements are actionable for ETL team. 
•      Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements.
•      Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements.
•      Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL Informatica architecture and Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
•      Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables. 
•      Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture

1. Complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation/Support of all SAP modules (CRM and DBM major)
2. Providing  support that includes Root cause analysis , Proposing and implementing solution.
3. Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs
4. Understand the functional specification for customs developments in SAP CRM and DBM (MM, SD, HR ) modules
5. Perform technical unit testing of developed solutions peer codes reviews of team members solution’s and fix any defects and performance problems discorded.
6. Preparing technical document of the developments
7. Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
8. Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team.
9. Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.
