Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and Assembler

Write and optimize JCL scripts for batch processing, scheduling, and job automation

Design and implement DB2 database objects - Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers

Handle VSAM file processing - KSDS, ESDS, RRDS and perform file maintenance activities

Debug and resolve production issues, analyze dumps, and provide RCA

Work on code enhancements, performance tuning, and impact analysis

Collaborate with business analysts and QA to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Participate in code reviews and follow CMMI/ITIL processes

Support production deployments and provide L2/L3 support as needed

Marseer AI (www.marseerai.com) is a modular AI activation platform built for DTC and retail e-commerce brands. damStack is Marseer AI's Snowflake-native, dbt-driven data and marketing activation product. It follows a Listen -> Reflect -> React architecture across composable applications, each running inside a customer's own Snowflake data warehouse.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the damStack engineering team at Marseer AI. You will design and implement data pipelines, dbt transformation models, and Snowflake-native data products for retail and e-commerce brands. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role across ingestion, transformation, activation workflows, and client onboarding.

What You Will Do

- Design, build, and maintain dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers for customer identity, segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation outputs.

- Implement incremental dbt models, snapshots, and tests to ensure data freshness, accuracy, and reliability.

- Contribute to damStack's Open Schema and unified customer_360 semantic layer.

- Build and refine SQL-based rule engines in Snowflake for priority resolution, frequency capping, and activation orchestration.

- Configure and manage Airbyte connectors for bidirectional data sync such as MongoDB to Snowflake and Snowflake to Klaviyo.

- Build and maintain Dagster pipelines to orchestrate dbt runs, Airbyte sync jobs, and cross-pipeline dependencies.

- Support integration of external marketing platforms into the damStack data layer.

- Work directly with client brands to understand data sources, schemas, and business requirements.

- Translate client data into damStack's standardized activity schema and entity resolution framework.

- Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues in client environments.

- Contribute to single-tenant Snowflake deployments, data quality tests, monitors, alerting, and technical design documentation.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.

- Advanced proficiency in dbt Core or Cloud, including incremental models, snapshots, tests, macros, and multi-layer DAG design.

- Strong hands-on Snowflake experience, including DDL/DML, Snowflake Tasks, query optimization, and multi-tenant data architecture.

- Expert-level SQL, including window functions, CTEs, complex joins, and performance tuning.

- Ability to communicate pipeline designs and technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strongly Preferred

- Experience with Airbyte or comparable ELT / connector platforms.

- Familiarity with Dagster or similar orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.

- Prior experience in a SaaS or data product company shipping reusable, multi-tenant data infrastructure.

- Understanding of identity resolution patterns, surrogate key architectures, customer data platforms, or experimentation / A/B testing data pipelines.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Klaviyo or other marketing activation / ESP platforms.

- Experience with MongoDB or document-store integrations.

- Prior experience in retail or e-commerce data domains.

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle workforce compensation and Talent Management)

Job Description:

As a developer in the chatbot team you’ll be responsible for expanding the scope of AERIN (Aertrip’s Chatbot) to handle all types of travel queries in a scalable and efficient manner. You will need to make AERIN as robust as possible and strive towards 100% accuracy. You should be able to design, develop, test and roll out new features quickly. You should be ready to tackle open-ended problems and build solutions for them.

Senior SAP TM Technical Consultant Responsibilities - Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP TM solutions. - Translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions. - Perform hands-on ABAP development for enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, and forms within SAP TM. - Design and implement integration solutions between SAP TM and other SAP/non-SAP systems (e.g., using PI/PO, CPI, EDI, web services). - Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for SAP TM applications. - Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and optimize technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior technical team members. - Stay current with new SAP technologies, roadmaps, and best practices, particularly in SAP S/4HANA TM. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM). - Proficient in ABAP programming, including OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and custom development within SAP TM. - Strong understanding of SAP TM data model, architecture, and configuration points from a technical perspective. - Extensive experience with integration technologies and platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, web services, EDI/ALE) for SAP TM.

Mandatory Criteria :

• Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management as a DM or Manager, including team management experience and fluent communication skills.
• Candidate must have handled at least 1300 employee headcount.
• Candidate must be at Manager or Deputy Manager level currently (Assistant Manager designation will not be considered).
• Need candidates from BPO, KPO, or BPM industry only.

Note: There are 2 vacancies for this role – one for the Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM) and one for the Mid-Day+ Night shift both (11:30 AM – 9:00 PM) at different locations in Noida.
