For us to move more rapidly, we need a talented Business Operations Manager who’d help Sokrati’s business scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company. You’d need to be awesome at: - Complete ownership of post-sales business delivery & growth of multi-million dollar client portfolio of top global brands - Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team - Support, develop, and execute Sokrati’s strategies for maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively creating strategic recommendations. - Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results - Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight - Managing and growing a 50-member Business Operations team If you are: - 7+ years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a startup in the Technology/Marketing industry - 4+ years of direct people management experience (must have) - Highly organized and detail junkie - Aggressive & take control - Loves Digital Marketing and everything around it - Most importantly, LOVES customers success and strives to drive every ounce of satisfaction for them Feel like you would be a good fit?
