About the Role: Merida Tech Minds is looking for an experienced Counselor with a strong background in concept sales, particularly in the training services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating the value of our training programs to both individual clients and corporate entities. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and a proactive approach to achieving targets and deadlines. Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls and digital marketing activities to generate leads and engage potential clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate training programs.

- Give presentations to large crowds to promote our training services.

- Achieve monthly revenue targets and exceed client expectations.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in concept sales, preferably in the training services industry.

- Strong command of English and local languages.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques is a plus.

What we are seeking

We are seeking a skilled Unity Game Developer to join our team. The Unity Game Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality game mechanics and features using the Unity engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and a passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game mechanics and features using the Unity engine
• Collaborate with the game design team to develop and iterate on game play ideas
• Work with the art team to integrate and optimize 3D assets and animations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Contribute to the development of the overall project roadmap and schedule

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Experience with game development using Unity
• Proficiency with C# programming and the Unity engine
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio of game development work is a plus

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Skills:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Lead the engineering effort across projects 
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages including Application Architecture, Design and Development
• Understand client's business requirements and be able to map them to technology solutions and make them work
• Design and build modern solutions informed by a deep understanding of cloud architecture and how distributed systems operate at scale
• Provide regular support and guidance to teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution 
• Establish and enforce best development and engineering practices including QA and DevOps
• Lead and manage your own team, but also get down to coding, testing, and designing solutions as and when needed
• Communicate effectively with teams, clients and business leaders within the company

• Minimum 6+ years of experience designing and building full stack applications using UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.JS and backend frameworks like Node.JS/ExpressJS or Python/Django/Flask or Laravel/Yii2/Symphony
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowlegde of cloud and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, Azure). Cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Graph databases like Neo4j is desirable.
• Proficient in Git and CI-CD frameworks
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions
• Ability to work in an agile environment
