About the Role

As a Principal Engineer at EquityList, you’ll own and drive the engineering direction of the company. You’ll work with an existing team of 4 strong full-stack engineers, writing production code while setting the technical bar across architecture, scalability, and reliability.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and product leadership to turn business priorities into well-designed systems, guide major technical decisions, and ensure we move fast without breaking fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

1. Hands-On Coding (50%): Own full-stack epics/features end-to-end (React/Node/Postgres stack) from ideation to production.
2. Technical Leadership (20%): Guide architecture decisions, system design, DevOps (CI/CD, GCP, Kubernetes), and infosec (auth, encryption, SOC2 basics).
3. Mentoring & Code Quality (15%): Conduct code reviews for 80%+ of PRs, pair-program with juniors/mids, run tech syncs to the upskill team.
4. Hiring & Team Building (5%): Screen candidates, lead technical interviews, contribute to scaling the team.
5. Product Strategy (10%): Collaborate with CEO/Product Manager on roadmap prioritization, effort estimation, and refinement.

Manual Tester (QA) (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a Manual Tester at Websites.co.in, an app that helps small businesses create their website in just 2 minutes.

Your role

– Test web and mobile applications end to end, across devices and browsers

– Create test cases, test scenarios, and test reports

– Perform functional, regression, UI and usability testing

– Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps

– Verify fixes and validate releases before go-live

– Collaborate with developers and product to improve quality and user experience

– Validate API responses using Postman, where required

What we expect

– Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, and the defect lifecycle

Q2 is seeking a team-focused Lead Release Engineer with a passion for managing releases to ensure we release quality software developed using Agile Scrum methodology.  Working within the Development team, the Release Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with Development, Test Engineering, IT, Product Management, Design, Implementations, Support and other internal teams to drive efficiencies, transparency, quality and predictability in our software delivery pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership on cross-functional development focused software release process.
• Management of the product release cycle to new and existing clients including the build release process and any hotfix releases
• Support end-to-end process for production issue resolution including impact analysis of the issue, identifying the client impacts, tracking the fix through dev/testing and deploying the fix in various production branches.
• Work with engineering team to understand impacts of branches and code merges.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate release delivery risks.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure product features are delivered on time.
• Lead recurring release reporting/status meetings to include discussion around release scope, risks and challenges.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing, and implementing the software release strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Dossier preparation, review submission in ACTD/ CTD/ Country Specific format for Product registration for local and export to ensure error free timely submissions as per marketing Dept. timeline.
2. To evaluate respond to any regulatory query, customer requirements that may arise from health authority so as to satisfy the query. Ensure accurate and timely responses to queries.
3. Review technical documents like process validation, AMV, Stability and composition etc, labeling, batch records, specification sheets or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
4. To Co-ordinate / to visit with respective dept. in HO / Plant / ADL / R D for documents samples required for dossier / registration purpose. Co-ordination with API / PM vendors to resolve technical quires w.r.t. regulatory requirements.
5. Artwork Checking development for registration and commercial purpose as per regulatory requirement Ensure that all product artwork is updated when necessary and submitted in correct format and subsequent approved artwork is accurately recorded and communicated. Handling local FDA, DCGI and regulatory related activities.
6. Ensuring accurate recording and communication of regulatory submissions, correspondence with authorities and final approval to facilitate compliance.
7. Carrying out any task delegated by Export Manager which contributes to overall running of the Export Department and assisting Export Manager in marketing business development activities. Participate in training activities for career development to attain a high level of competency in all aspects of regulatory affairs. Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards or guidance documents.
