Role & Responsibilities

This is not just another dev job. You’ll help engineer the backbone of the world’s first AI Agentic manufacturing OS.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)
• Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
• Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Mandatory (AI): Must have hands on experience with using AI tools (eg: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Deepdcode) for coding
• Mandatory (Database Skills): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Mandatory (Cloud & Infra): Must have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS
• Mandatory (DevOps & Infra): Must have working experience with Linux environments, Apache, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring
• Mandatory (CS Fundamentals): Must have strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS concepts, and system design
• Mandatory (Company) : Product companies (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Mandatory (Stability): Must have atleast 2 years of experience in each of the previous companies (if less exp, then proper reason)

• Preferred (Skills) : Candidates with strong backend or full-stack experience in other languages/frameworks are welcome if fundamentals are strong
• Preferred (Education) : B.Tech from Tier 1,Tier 2 institutes

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java + AWS Developer to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building scalable backend systems using Java and AWS services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (preferably Java 8 or above) and Spring Boot
• Design and implement microservices architecture with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Leverage AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, and CloudWatch for cloud-native development
• Work with Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications in production using AWS CloudWatch or other logging tools
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient integration between services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and API security
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes)
• Proficient in working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., SNS, SQS, Kafka)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate) is a plus
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design and defining architecture of complex web applications and microservices.
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack Developer for 3 years
• BSc/B.tech degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field 
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with MEAN stack paradigm
• Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage:
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or google cloud is also a plus
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in Node js and Express and MongoDB.
• Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git)
