Mandatory Candidate Profile:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory. A
Master’s degree or a professional certification in Project Management is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of extensive experience in the façade industry, with
at least 5 years in a proven leadership or managerial capacity.
Technical Knowledge & Skills: The candidate must possess profound expertise in a wide
variety of façade materials and systems, complemented by outstanding leadership,
communication, and project management skills.
