Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in technology (B Tech) or master's in computer application (MCA) or related field with minimum 6 years’ experience in mobile development
• Experience with React Native Framework, and one or more native coding languages for Android (Java/Kotlin) or IOS (Swift / Objective-C)
• Demonstrated experience developing, testing, maintaining, and releasing both Android and IOS apps into production using Appstore Connect and Google Console
• Experience with secure and/or managed API development and integration.
• Experience in using Jenkins, Gradle, Fastlane or Bitrise or similar frameworks.
• Experience with REST, AJAX, JSON & web services.
• Experience with Google Firebase, Google Performance and Google Analytics, including their use in resolving technical issues in the field.
• Experience with mobile payment integration, such as Apple Pay or Google Wallet
• Understanding of NFC and various payment solutions (wallet, virtual card, open payments) on Android and iOS platforms
• Familiarity with camera and scan features, geolocation of consumer and commercial devices
• General enthusiasm for SCRUM, well-demonstrated knowledge of SDLC practices, and teamwork.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong command over backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Java, ReactJS, and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and basic Kubernetes knowledge. You’ll be contributing to complex software solutions across industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deploying production-grade systems in a cloud-native, CI/CD-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement robust, efficient front-end interfaces
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Containerize applications using Docker and ensure smooth deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes (basic level)
• Write clean, modular, and testable code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and functional issues in production
• Work in Agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Ensure all security, compliance, and performance standards are met in the development lifecycle

- Work with the founders on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack.

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure,

architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Work on the D2C website and enhance the user experience while increasing the company's online presence.

- Provide help to everyone in the team and greatly reduce the time and technical costs of team communication, technology

docking.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to

implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a prototype design for a product very rapidly

while executing the same with a wide range of techniques.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.
