About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join on a Full-time basis, primarily focusing on Direct Taxation, Tax Litigation, and Corporate Advisory. The role involves handling complex tax matters, representing clients before authorities, and providing strategic advisory support on corporate and taxation issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Taxation

• Handle matters related to Income Tax, including computation, return filing, and assessments
• Review tax positions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on tax planning strategies for individuals and corporates
• Stay updated with amendments in tax laws, circulars, and notifications

2. Tax Litigation

• Manage and represent clients in direct tax litigation matters before tax authorities
• Appear in High court for the appeals
• Draft and review appeals, submissions, replies, and legal documents
• Appear before authorities such as:
• Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)]
• Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT)
• Handle scrutiny assessments, reassessments, and notices
• Develop litigation strategies and maintain case documentation

3. Corporate Advisory

• Provide advisory services on corporate structuring and tax efficiency
• Assist in transaction advisory including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
• Offer opinions on tax implications of business decisions
• Support clients in regulatory and compliance-related matters

Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Application Support Engineers to join our client-facing support team. The ideal candidate will

be the first point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients reporting issues related to trading applications and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Application/Technical Support, preferably in the broking/trading domain.

• Sound understanding of capital markets – Equity, F&O, Currency, Commodities.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills – Linux/Unix, SQL, log analysis.

• Familiarity with trading systems, RMS, OMS, APIs (REST/FIX), and order lifecycle.

The AI Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable data pipelines and curated data assets that power machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions in an SLA-driven managed services environment. The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering fundamentals with an understanding of AI workload requirements, including quality, lineage, privacy, and performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

•Design, build, and operate production-grade data pipelines that support AI/ML and generative AI workloads in managed services environments 

•Develop curated, analytics-ready datasets and data products to enable model training, grounding, feature generation, and AI search/retrieval 

•Implement data ingestion patterns for structured and unstructured sources (APIs, databases, files, event streams, documents) 

•Build and maintain transformation workflows with strong testing and validation 

•Enable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by preparing document corpora, chunking strategies, metadata enrichment, and vector indexing patterns 

•Integrate data pipelines with application services 

•Support ITSM and enterprise workflow data needs, including ServiceNow data integration, CMDB/incident data quality improvements, and automation enablement 

•Implement observability for data pipelines (monitoring, alerting, SLAs/SLOs) and perform root cause analysis for pipeline failures or data quality incidents

Required Qualifications
