We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance multi-platform applications across Desktop, iOS, and Android.

✅7–9 years of overall software development experience

Position Overview:

As an Android Developer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into functional and user-friendly applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

● Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.

● Assist in maintaining code repositories and version control using tools like Git.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience.

Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

●     Strong passion for mobile app development and a genuine interest in the Android platform.

●     Solid understanding of Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.

●     Basic knowledge of Android application architecture and components (Activities, Fragments, Services, etc.).

●     Familiarity with development tools and frameworks such as Android Studio and Gradle.

●     Adept problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

●     Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

●     Prior experience with personal or academic Android projects is a plus.

●     Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns is a bonus.

Skills Required

What does the core role include?

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Designing stateless components in React Native
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Working with the developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
• Working with the developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features

Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the scope of work
2. Working with the design, programming & testing team on project estimates & timelines
3. Coordinate with team to build assets to be used within the mobile application
4. Build Application static flows using React Native with Redux
5. Integrate JSON web services
6. Working with the tester to fix bugs reported by the testers
7. Building and deploying the application to the app store

Requirements:
1. Understanding of the Mobile Application Development lifecycle
2. Hands-on experience with React Native
3. Experience with Redux or Flux or MobX
4. Understanding of Advanced JavaScript – ES6
5. Understanding of Flexbox
7. Understanding of iOS/Android module integration
8. Deploying iOS and Android apps on Apple Appstore and Android Play Store.
9. Ability to work in an Agile environment

• Mobile App development using react native framework
• Expert in creating smooth UIs across both iOS & Android mobile platforms
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Should be able to solve complex technical, scalability or performance challenges
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Follow coding standards, unit testing, code reviews etc.

Design and Build iOS product and Platform

• IOS coding using Objective C and Swift Ensuring quality deliverables, fixing application defects, maintaining code and implementing application updates.
• Designing coding, Documenting design, Defect free deliverables.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application.
