Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities: 

• Design, code and deliver UI capabilities using Qt that would interact with backend python functionalities seamlessly. 
• Solve critical issues by coding in a hands-on and efficient manner.
• Developed CI/CD pipelines for corporate infrastructure. 
• Extensive hands-on experience developing frontend systems 
• Ability to assess and prioritise architectural components, features and bugs..
• Ability to work in an efficient startup creating innovative technology Qualifications: 
• 3+ years of industry Experience in frontend desktop application design and development. 
• Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science Engineering, other branches of engineering from Tier 1 colleges. 
• Should have a good working knowledge of Qt. 
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, CSS and HTML5). 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills: 
• Attuned design sense so can collaborate with UX designers and hold high quality bars. 
• Strong Programming Skills in Python. Experience in Image Processing is a bonus 
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in full-stack development. Location: Bangalore Salary: Industry Standard with ESOP.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
• Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
• Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
• Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
• MERN stack is mandatory

1. Extensive experience in Javascript / NodeJS in the back end
2. Front end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Pug, Jquery
3. Experience in web frameworks like ExpressJS, Webpack
4. Experience in Nginx, Redis, Apache Kafka and MQTT
5. Experience with MongoDB
6. Experience with Version Control Systems like Git / Mercurial
7. Sound knowledge in Software engineering best practices
8. Sound knowledge in RestFul API Design
9. Working knowledge of Automated testing tools
10. Experience in maintaining production servers (Optional)
11. Experience with Azure DevOps (Optional)

1. Experience in digital payments or financial services industry is a plus.
2. Participation in the processes of strategic project-planning meetings.
3. Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
4. Collaborate with External Development Teams.
5. Define and communicate technical and design requirements, understanding workflows and write code as per requirements.
6. Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes.

Skills:

- Develop web apps using jQuery or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP Advanced, any MVC framework and Ajax.

- Hands on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

- Experience of setting up a production workflow with git and cloud deployment will be plus.

- Knowledge of web technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc will be plus
