We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing, test planning, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous manual and automated testing, while also contributing to continuous improvement in our CI/CD pipeline and cloud-native environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for E2E and API testing (Playwright, SoapUI, or similar).
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Perform defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Apply knowledge of AWS cloud-native services and Terraform to support testing in cloud-based environments.
- Write and maintain reusable test automation scripts with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Support release validation, performance checks, and production monitoring as needed.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong experience in test planning & execution (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
- Hands-on with automation testing frameworks (Playwright, SoapUI, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript with basic understanding of TypeScript and SQL.
- Experience with Terraform and good exposure to AWS Cloud Native services.
- Ability to integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, etc.).
- Experience in performance testing and security testing.
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized environments.

Business Achievement and Development for VRM & Team
• Ensure proper scoping is done and target / niche customers identified with ACTIVE collaboration from concerned Product/Sales Support Teams
• Ensure that the targets on liability accounts, through the channel (Branch and direct sales), are met under all parameters specified.
o Meet value target for Liability Balances of the customers
o Ensure quality of sourcing is maintained and depletion rates are controlled.

• Ensure that all managed portfolios are effectively managed through VRMs and that set targets on each of the portfolios is reached.

• To review contact attempts versus successful contacts and analyze reasons for non-contactable customers.
• Ensure VRMs make regular contact with customers for service as well as business updates.

o Monitor all complaints received and ensure that they are closed within TAT
o Improve customer communication on closures
