Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled GxP Manual Functional Tester with strong experience in manual testing within GxP-compliant environments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and hands-on experience in Functional, FIT, and UAT testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, development, and regulatory stakeholders, in an Agile setup.

Mandatory Skills : Manual Testing, GxP Compliance, STLC, FIT & UAT Test Design, Agile Testing, Jira, Defect Management, and Test Documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual testing in GxP-regulated environments ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Design and execute Functional Integration Testing (FIT) test cases.
• Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile incremental testing cycles.
• Track, report, and manage defects using Jira or similar test management tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, regulatory, and business teams to ensure effective communication and accurate documentation.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and contribute to continuous test process improvements.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 4+ Years of experience in manual testing in GxP-compliant environments.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in FIT test case design and execution.
• Expertise in UAT test design and coordination.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong defect management capabilities.

Strong SAP QM Functional Consultant Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of total SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management).

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have worked as a Business SAP Process Consultant with strong understanding of quality processes integrated within manufacturing environments.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have completed minimum 2 end-to-end SAP QM implementations and rollout experience (full lifecycle exposure including Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare).

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong integration experience with SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and SAP FI (Finance).

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong S/4HANA experience in SAP QM.

Mandatory (Education Background) – Must hold a degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with exposure to Tool Design, Production Planning, or Product Engineering.

Mandatory (Stability Criteria) – Candidate must demonstrate career stability with minimum 2 years tenure in at least one organization (avoid frequent job changes).

Mandatory (Process Knowledge) – Strong functional knowledge of Quality Planning, Quality Inspection (Incoming, In-Process, Final), Quality Notifications, Audit Management, and integration with production and procurement cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the e-commerce gift card product, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, focusing on critical paths, edge cases, and user experience.
• Bug Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools. Work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure product quality.
• Performance Testing: Lead efforts to test the scalability and performance of the gift card platform, ensuring it can handle high volumes of transactions and users.

• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
• Perform database testing and write SQL queries to validate data in backend.
• Utilize Charles Proxy or similar tools(like DevTools) for network traffic analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify expectations.
• Document test cases, test plans, and report defects efficiently.
• Ensure good software quality standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior testers if required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong experience in API testing and database validation.

This is a hands-on role requiring 90% manual testing while leading and mentoring a team of Senior QA Engineers. We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently not employed or serving their notice period and can join our team on or before feb 17th.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional or performance tests, and managing defects
• Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing
• Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate & report software application issues
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC and STLC
• Working knowledge of test management software like Jira
• Strong in analytical skills and should be a team player
