Job Summary :

Must-Have: Engineering Foundation

• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)

Responsibilities

Architecture & Delivery

• Design scalable, secure architectures for client engagements
• Lead technical due diligence on proposals - feasibility, effort estimation, risk flagging
• Drive production readiness: incident management, observability, release processes
• Review and approve high-impact design decisions across projects

Team & Stakeholders

• Mentor 15–20 engineers across backend, mobile, and cloud teams
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical retrospectives

Strong Customer Success Manager / Implementation Manager / Post-Sales Delivery (B2B SaaS – US Customers) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS companies, primarily working with US-based customers.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience owning end-to-end customer onboarding and implementations, including requirement discovery, onboarding execution, go-live ownership, and early adoption success
