these platforms by offering them "tech, fulfilment, and distribution" as-a-service.

Through our technology enablement of the supply chain & distribution, we are able to save the

cost of carrying inventory by >10%, add 3-5% to the topline and bring down working capital

significantly.

Brief About Role: Prozo (www.prozo.com) provides ‘e-commerce warehousing and

fulfilment services’ along with ‘supply chain technology solutions’ to brands from various

segments like health care, beauty, books, stationery, toys etc. Prozo is looking to strengthen its

Freight Solutions team to acquire SMEs & Direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands as clients.

Key Responsibility Areas:

● Business Development Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan strategy to

acquire clients in a time-bound manner.

● Demand Side Business Development: Identify target clients (SMEs and D2C brand)

who are looking for competitive freight solutions. Make a value proposition & convert

them into Prozo customers.

● Supply Side Business Development: Work with logistics/ freight companies and get

competitive quotes for FTL and PTL logistics services

● Deal Closure: You are expected to engage with the client in multiple rounds of

negotiation and drive the deal to closure. Maintaining the high conversation ration of

deals closed/Client in the pipeline will be an important metric in your performance.

● P&L Responsibility: Responsible for complete P&L of PTL and FTL growth business

and Inside & Outbound Sales.

● Technology Savvy: You will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of

technology solutions offered by Prozo related to e-commerce fulfilment and offline

supply chain digitization. You will be expected to bundle the same along with the freight

solutions as per the client’s requirement.

● Strong know-how of Omni-Channel/multi-channel Fulfilment: The candidate should

have a deep understanding of B2B and B2C distribution channels as well as online and

offline distribution channels.

● Team Building: The candidate should be able to build and lead a highly competent

team of middle-level professionals.

● Project execution: Work with operation team for project execution till the operation is

smooth. Work as a bridge between client & operation team.

● Bill Submission & Payment Follow-up: The candidate should be able to maintain 2 major points.

○ Bill submission to client on time every month - follow-up with the concerned team.

○ Follow up with the client for the timely manner payment to the company.

Industry Experience:

● Minimum 03 years of experience in freight-business i.e., PTL and FTL business

● Solution designing expertise and prowess with excel

● Expertise in handling Logistics, sales and business development activities

● Ability to establish meaningful business relations with clients.

● If you have already experienced startups, it will be an added advantage to your candidature.

Responsibilities:

4. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
7. Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle technical requests filed by the end users of the product, handle troubleshooting and resolve errors.

Key job responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Issues
• When technical issues with the product arise, production support engineers must act quickly to analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution themselves or pass the problem on to other engineering team members, all the while providing users with progress updates.
• Contribute to Product Development
• Production support engineers participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing. They also create useful tools such as internal software to automate key processes or platforms where customers can send inquiries and reviews.
• Assist Users
• This role entails interacting with product users, often external customers but sometimes also employees. These interactions can occur in various setups, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and live messaging chats. In all of these cases, it’s vital to address concerns promptly and maintain a helpful attitude.
• Prepare Technical Documentation
• Production support engineers prepare extensive documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other common tasks include weekly reports summarizing production performance, release notes for upgrades, and troubleshooting guides.
• Suggest Improvements
• Because production support engineers deal with product issues first-hand, they can readily suggest overall product improvements, such as features that customers want. Ideally, they should also proactively evaluate engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency

Basic Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Should be familiar with Database tools (such as excel or MySQL)
• Should be familiar with Industry-specific tools (such as programming languages)

**Responsibilities**

1. Active management right from the initial stage till the end of the product life cycle to deliver high-quality products.
2. Write, prioritize requirements, manage and facilitate the product development lifecycle from inception to release.
3. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
