Business Development Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help us to build our online-only investment platform, which will enable investors to easily invest in mutual funds from leading fund houses in India, corporate fixed deposits, and various other investment products. Another important activity where Business analyst will help us is that to keep a track on different asset class and keep them updated in system. Which will help us to do financial planning for the investor.

Business Analyst Desk - JD 

1) To update regular reports like

a. Fact Sheets

b. One Pager

c. Performance Snapshot

d. SIP Report

e. Dividend History Report

2) Track daily news from newspaper and keep proper log in soft copy / Hard copies. Prepare small notes based on these reports and the same can be shared to our investors and our business development team.

3) Maintain interest rate tracker for all fixed income products (Corporate FD, Bank FD, Debenture, post office schemes, etc) in soft copies

4) Track market quotes of all close ended products and debenture issues and tax free bond issues

5) Keep track on forthcoming events like

a) Forthcoming dividend

b) New Fund Offer

c) IPO List

d) Public Issues of debenture

6) Track quarterly results of all companies which are offering fixed deposit and those companies who have issued debentures to public

7) Empanelment process with respective companies wherever we wanted to engage them with business.

8) Provide data/content and write up to our monthly newsletter.

Preferred only Engineering background students(IIT, NIT and VNIT)

• Solid experience in designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and CloudTrail.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, industry standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Familiarity with security scanning and monitoring tools, such as AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, or third-party solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with application security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, fuzzing, and secure coding patterns).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in incident handling and other related duties to support the information security function.
• The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Strong written and oral communication skills

We are seeking a passionate Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, with a strong background in developing and deploying state-of-the-art models on Cloud. You will participate in the complete cycle of building machine learning models from conceptualization of ideas, data preparation, feature selection, training, evaluation, and productionization.

On a typical day, you might build data pipelines, develop a new machine learning algorithm, train a new model or deploy the trained model on the cloud. You will have a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and influence over your work, machine learning organizations' evolution, and the direction of the company.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of Industry experience in Data Science, ML/AI projects. Experience in productionizing machine learning in the industry setting
• Strong grasp of statistical machine learning, linear algebra, deep learning, and computer vision
• 3+ years experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: R, Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow or other ML Frameworks.
• Experience in using Cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure. Understand the principles of developing cloud-native application development

• Design and implement ML components, systems and tools to automate and enable our various AI industry solutions
• Apply research methodologies to identify the machine learning models to solve a business problem and deploy the model at scale.
• Own the ML pipeline from data collection, through the prototype development to production.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable inference services that communicate with the rest of our tech stack

Responsibilities

• Create & Deliver motion graphics for a variety of media like Websites, and mobile devices among others.
• Working with the Video design Lead to understanding the storyboard in creating exceptional motion graphic videos.
• Assist the Video design team in creating the animation styles.
• keep up with the latest motion design trends & brainstorm to create new design ideas for videos.
• Edit raw video footage, Colour correct, and add effects & Transitions to create innovative video deliverables.

What you need to have:

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience as SEO specialist or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
• 4 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
• Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analysing data
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

• Develop web-based application for analytics using Angular
• Integrate and extend Python REST APIs and create visually stunning UI experiences for analysts and users.
• Create flexible dashboards and reports (using plotly, d3, etc) and  leverage open source technology to create various components.
• Create a flexible UI for data analytics and big data usecases which can be used by Large Tier banks as well as smallscale agile startups
• Write unit tests and functional tests for the component using tools like Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, etc.
• Follow software development practices with continuous testing, development and integration (CD/CI)
• Write and maintain technical design documents and new-feature documents
• Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, testers, and product managers
• Participate in peer-based code reviews and design reviews
• Follow agile methodology and encourage collaboration with tools such as GIT, Confluence and Slack applications
• Undergraduate degree or above in computer science preferred

Required Qualifications

• Knows SPA and frontend technologies well
• Has used atleast 1 web framework: Angular / React / Vue / etc. and comfortable with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with styling (CSS / SCSS / others) frameworks like bootstrap, material, foundation, tailwind, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge on visualization frameworks like D3, plotly, highcharts, chart.js, etc. to make customizable dashboards.
• Has used testing libraries like karma, jest, jasmine, cypress, selenium, etc.
• Familiar with with frontend processes like State management (Redux), Reactive programming (rxjs), Authentication methods (JWT, SAML) etc. 
• Basic knowledge about APIs (flask, django, nodejs) and worked on deploying web applications (nginx or apache or cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, docker, etc.) will be beneficial.
