Experienced ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating IT enterprise software solutions with a focus on frameworks, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging IT software issues, aligned with strategic goals and technology needs.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

ServiceNow experience implementing ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (Incident, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Portal, Mobile, etc.)

ServiceNow experience with HRSD, CSM, or SPM is a plus.

ServiceNow experience developing service catalog items and custom applications.

ServiceNow experience integrating with third-party applications such as Jira, Workday, Oracle, using Integration Hub and RESTful implementations.

ServiceNow experience with IDP solutions (LDAP, SSO, SAML).

ServiceNow experience creating/maintaining a secure UI and data environment (ACLs, business rules, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, etc).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies like REST, HTTP verbs, DOM, Web security, etc.
