About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on skills in backend microservices development, API design, cloud platforms, observability, and CI/CD.

Blockchain Developer (Private)

Desired Candidate profile for Private Blockchain:

·      Must have experience in developing Hyperledger Fabric based solution. Basic knowledge of Ethereum is a plus.

·      Should be able to setup Hyperledger fabric 2.0 from scratch. Ethereum full node setup is a plus.

·      Knowledge of Distributed consensus systems

·      Should be familiar with basic cryptography and P2P networks.

1. Achieving monthly sales targets.

This is the first senior person we are bringing for this role. This person will start with the training program but will go on to build a team and eventually also be responsible for the entire training program + Bootcamp.

So it's not super important you know all the tools. However, having basic knowledge of the stack requirement. The training program covers 2 parts - Technology (our stack) and Process (How we work with clients). Both of which are super important.
