Position: QA Automated Test Engineer.

o A 100% digital and paperless Fintech platform featuring proprietary customer scoring, credit

decisioning and credit algorithms

o Provides instant credit line approvals based on borrower’s eKYC and Credit Bureau checks

and other ML scoring mechanisms.

o Customers can use this credit line to make day-to-day payments with QR codes.

Brief Business Model:

o Employs B2B2C model for focused distribution and strong credit underwriting

o, Target manpower cost-intensive sectors such as Facility Management, Security Services |

BPO, KPO, Call Centre | Retail& Hyperlocal | Logistics | Education etc.

o Aims to provide credit for daily expenses or out of pocket expenses for Blue-collar

workers, delivery personnel, sales & field agents, admin staffs through the employer

partnership and HRMS tie-up route.

We are currently building our platform, including the core team. We are expected to launch in mid-Jan 2022.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Define, develop and execute test scenarios/cases for Android/iOS App &  Web applications/Sites.  file & track bugs.

- Coding automated test scripts with recommended coding standards / best-practices.

- Work closely with engineering teams, cross-functional teams & internal/external stakeholders to help manage quality assurance across all the products.

- Hands-on experience in Mobile application testing.

- Experience in deriving test strategy, test plan, traceability matrix.

- Experience in defining and designing the test cases for manual and automation testing.

- Experience in testing Mobile applications and Web applications.

- Good to have Usability, Functional, UAT, Regression, Localization, End-to-End testing and Smoke/Sanity testing.

- Good knowledge Web and Mobile Application and its basic architecture.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

- B.Tech/BE/BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree (Electrical/Electronics/etc. Eng).

- Quality Assurance experience in software product engineering companies/teams.

- Deep understanding of web based software products, and of how to break/test them.

- Expertise in writing/executing test plans/test cases, filing bugs and team communication wrt issues.

- Expertise in coding automated test scripts using either Python (recommended) or any other language with recommended coding standards / best-practices.

- Hands-on experience with Test Automation tool(s) Appium/selenium testing tool/Jenkins for automation testing.

- Able to run manual testing (if needed) and create strategies to automate manual tests.

- Sound knowledge of Linux, SQL, NoSQL, APIs and Messaging applications.

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology and Jira/other Agile tools for product testing.

- Proven ability and desire to deliver projects on time with high quality.

- Self-driven, motivated and confident with a personable approach. Ability to stand ground in discussions and raise questions.

- Ability to understand complex programs / environments in a short period of time.

Positions-QA

Alteast 5-7 years of experience in testing customer facing popular web based apps is required.

Must know UI / API Automation. Have to be very good in Selenium.

Python experience is preferable.

Must have experience in leading QA for testing projects.

Certified tester ( CSTE / ISEB ) preferable.

High energy individuals with can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Must be familiar agile development practices.

Familiarity with Web application testing is required.

       Experience in testing and automating of web applications or Enterprise level applications will be added plus.

Skills :-

• Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing and executing test cases.

• Should have a good amount of experience working with Web Application and Mobile Application testing
• Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Automated testing of Mudrantar Products and Services to find bugs and report them
• Build test cases and test reports for each product /service release
• Assign bug priorities, signoff before PROD release and reproduce bugs reported by clients or Sales/onboarding Team
• Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows
• Staying up to date with all recent developments in the testing, automated testing, cross browser testing, smoke testing etc.
• Working closely with development team to achieve robust product development

Skills

• Actual experience in Software Testing. (Manual + Automation)
• Candidates must have a basic understanding of databases.
• Sound knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Prepare test cases , test scenarios , and requirements traceability matrix based on business requirements
• Understand the functions of application , identify defects by testing and analyze it to find the root cause.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the product direction and will be actively involved in defining key product features that impact the business. You will work with Principal Engineers to evolve the design and architecture of the products owned by this team. You will be responsible to set up and hold a high software quality bar besides providing technical direction to a highly technical team of Software Engineers. Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

· Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

· Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

· Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.

· Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

· Monitor debugging process results.

· Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

· Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience as part of a QA Support and Services team.

· Experience working on building test plans, test cases, solving problems to improve quality and speed of delivery, and Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

· Experience in coding/scripting and user-level automation.

· Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

· Hands-on experience with Web application frontend testing, API Testing, Mobile application.

· Experience working in Framework like Robot, Appium, Selenium, cypress

· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum development process tools, and processes in GIT/Bitbucket, JIRA, confluence.

· Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

· Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

· Good knowledge of Docker, Container applications with production experience.
