Job Description

• Leading & driving the identification and development of suppliers & vendors, negotiations to get better commercial terms & value
• Supporting in implementing comprehensive procurement and commercial/contracts for supplies & services for product development and manufacturing activities. Working closely with Legal team to ensure finalizing agreements/contracts appropriately in the interest of the organisation.
• Proactively engaging with suppliers & vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensuring that the development and execution of Procurement and Commercial strategies are aligned with company’s business objectives and in line with the overall budgeted costs.
• Shaping policies for effective and efficient procedures for management of procurements and improving quality.
• Managing logistics for timely & effective management of supplies.
• Driving & supporting the administrative aspects for procurement including ensuring timely billing, reconciliation of bills with supplies or services provided. Working with finance function for statutory taxations and compliance norms etc to be followed by suppliers, vendors, subcontractors etc.
• Managing warehouse operations.
• Ensuring smooth daily work of warehouse operations and logistics processes, controlling, managing and monitoring inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, ensuring all deliveries are dispatched on time, coordinating with the Logistics manager and management for any requirements. Strategizing for optimum utilization of warehouse infrastructure.
• Coordinating and Managing QC of products and ensuring that the reports are approved timely.
• Monitoring and documenting everyday activities of units and ensuring efficient working of both manufacturing and packaging department and ensuring continuous improvement in the same.
• Providing the necessary support to enable effective governance of inventory management rules, including definition of inventory categories and ownership matrices.
• Taking ownership for various inventory tracking reports and their respective KPIs
• Helping set data quality requirements to enable and maintain an effective executive oversight for inventory management throughout the enterprise

• Experience in FMCG industry, Food & Beverage
• Capable of handling projects and decision making independently, should be strong on project execution skills
• Knowledge of excel.
• Skills:

• Working with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
• Being able to develop new user facing features.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to the back end.
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.

• Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Rock-solid understanding of JavaScript. Should have experience in React, Redux, or any other state management library.
• Huge plus if you are worked on complex UIs which involved drag & drop interactions.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing the UI of an application.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge about Docker, Nginx, Angular and RxJs are nice to have and adds as a bonus.

• Improving the NPS of the partners.
• Working closely with the business, operations and sales teams to understand their inputs and pain points and conceptualizing and building solutions which will help them.
• Driving the engineering, QA, data and design teams in delivering and building world class products.
• Planning Sprints and working in an Agile environment to carry out not just your tasks but also the tasks of your team members.
• Understanding and measuring the success metrics directly inclined towards your vertical and align them as per the business needs.
• User research will be a key part of your job which will help you to take better and more informed decisions while you build the product, hence conducting and setting up efficient user research frameworks will also be an important responsibility.
• Finally, you will be analyzing the key metrics being tracked in the launched product and creating a plan to iterate and optimize the products for future sprints.

• Master's / Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science).
• 2+ years of handson experience in Product Management and proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• B2B experience specifically building products for E-commerce/ Logistics clients is a bonus.
• You should be able to communicate effectively with the Engineering, QA and Design teams in their language while being able to articulate the product requirements efficiently.
• You should have a First principle thinking approach in problem solving; the ability to build products from scratch and the vision to scale it.
• You should have empathy towards the customer and the ability to understand their problems.
• You should have an Agile mindset - With a strong bias for action and an iterative approach to product development and a focus on building well hypothesised products.
• You should be able to understand and analyze industry/ market/ competition and internal business strategy, and ensure your product stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
• On a daily basis, you should use data to drive decision making and be analytical in understanding the problem statements.
• A good knowledge in UI/ UX design.
• The ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and harner assertiveness and influence to rally people around building exceptional products.
• Prior experience in building products for the Blue collared workforce is a plus.
