Lead Fullstack Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Java React Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Java (Spring Boot) for backend development and React.js for frontend applications. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.js for frontend.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between frontend and backend.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
• Participate in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Sprint planning.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Required Skills:

• Java & Spring Boot (Core Java, REST APIs, Microservices, JPA, Hibernate).
• React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API, Functional Components).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of JWT/OAuth for authentication.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Mocha) is a plus.

• Design and build applications/systems based on wireframes and product requirements documents
• Work on back-end & front-end development of core scripts using NodeJS/ MongoDB/React.js/Angular/Express /Redux.
• Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
• Write reusable, easy to maintain, versioned code using DRY principles
• Integrate existing tools and business systems (in-house tools)
• Good exposure in creating dynamic web pages
• Familiarity with Server-Oriented Architecture and RESTful Web Services
• Mentor junior team members on system architecture, coding styles and inculcate an attitude of continuous improvement in the team members

Job Description for Drools developer -

• Hands on experience in design and development in Drools rule engine (minimum 1.5 years) and Core Java
• Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Expertise in object oriented programming
• Experience in Deploying and supporting core and advanced features
• Good exposure to SQL and/or Oracle/ MySQL,

• Write a clean, secured and high standard PHP code.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in handling business web applications.
• Candidates with higher experience and relevant skills will be considered for lead roles
• Strong knowledge in PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter (CI) or Laravel
• Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON and responsive design
• Having knowledge in NodeJS, Angular, ReactJS and other technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge in SQL programming and writing store procedures.
• Prior knowledge or able to quickly adapt to MS SQL Server
• Able to contribute as a team member and individually.
• Good knowledge of version control tools (Bit Bucket or GIT) and coding standards
• Having knowledge in system design and architect is a plus.
• Knowledge in RESTFUL web API services
• Excellent troubleshooting, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced or interest to learn other programming languages (eg. .Net) or other technologies (Mobile Programming) is an added advantage.
