Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Professional with 8+ years of expertise in developing and supporting SAP applications using SAP ABAP within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RICEF objects, ABAP Proxy, and ALE/IDOC integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP development
• Expert-level knowledge of RICEF objects
• Hands-on experience with:
• ABAP Proxy
• ALE / IDOC (Mandatory)
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience in SAP integration and data exchange
• Good understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO – preferred)

Preferred Skills

T3:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 3 years of Java EE development experience.

2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with common design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.

3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.

4. Familiar with MySql, capable of database design and optimization, familiar with redis caching technology, familiar with message middleware, and ElasticSearch.

5. Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and independent problem-solving ability, high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressure. Able to guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.

6. Those with Internet platform development experience and familiarity with distribution and concurrency will be given priority

T4:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 5 years of Java EE development experience.

The Engineering Team forms the backbone of our ecommerce business. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its development across web, mobile and in-store devices. You will be responsible to work closely with business leaders to understand the developer needs and device solutions through developer tools and services. The role incumbent will be managing a team of in-house & outsourced developers and will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, project delivery and maintenance of systems developed in-house. The incumbent will also be driving technology innovation with integrations and external partners to fully leverage the latest solutions and technologies for servicing the organization needs. This role will report to the Director-Engineering.

Location: Mumbai based preferably. We can also consider Bangalore based candidates.

Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities will include Technical Guidance, Execution, Delivery & Team Management. You will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality solutions that have immediate business impact.

• Ownership of engineering features and components from concept, design, development & deployment
• Participate in the solution architecting, enterprise interface design and integration.

Required Qualification, Experience & skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 6-8 years of overall developer experience with a minimum 12-18 months in the GoLang toolkit – very familiar with all the frameworks and tools needed to manage and further build an end to end ecommerce platform in GoLang
• Prior experience in managing a team of min 4-6 engineers
• Hands-on management with deep-dive into the details of software design, implementation and debugging

• Experience of implementing Agile, Scrum & Iterative processes

• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
