Job Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities-
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales agents.

Sales Management:

Client Relationship Management:

Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, laws, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in sales management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
