Position Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Job Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and organizational goals. They oversee the sales process, develop sales strategies, and provide guidance and support to agents to ensure exceptional customer service and high sales performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales agents.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help agents achieve their sales targets.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure smooth transaction processes and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Create marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online listings.
Utilize digital marketing channels and social media platforms to reach potential clients and generate leads.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements.
Review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in sales management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Valid real estate license (required).
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and inspect properties.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features
and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand scope of business and
their expectations.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
On-boarding new apartments on NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.
Researching potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing regional language will be a plus.
Should be comfortable to work on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off in
between Mon-Thursday.
Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
Hands on MS office excel, word & PPT etc.

About the team
We are a bunch of BITS Pilani graduates that started BiteSpeed out of our dorm rooms. When we started we hardly knew much about running a company, in fact most of us hadn’t written a line of code in our lives.

About the role
Till now our sales and go-to-market function has been founder-led. We're now at a point where we're doubling revenue every 2 months, increased usage by 40x in 3 months and need to scale. This role involves working closely with our founder to scale our initial sales efforts along with listening to customer feedback to form a pipe of customer insights for our product team.
What you’ll do:-
- Tl;dr sell, sell and sell some more to get the $$$ in. But since job descriptions are supposed to be serious stuff, feel free to read on
- Your day-to-day would involve talking to e-commerce business owners globally, understanding their problems & helping them understand how our product improves their lives
- You’ll be responsible for the end to end sales funnel from generating leads to converting them over product demos and getting the $$ in
- Writing creative cold emails/Linkedin messages which truly break through the noise (we've tried some wacky stuff in the past, we take this a little overboard)
- Playing the role of a trusted product advisor over sales demos to show customers how our product improves their lives
- Keeping your ears to the ground to collect customer feedback and forming a pipe for regular flow of customer insights to the product team
- Building the backbone for our sales process to scale for the next stage of growth
What makes you a good fit:-
- Your childhood dream was to sell ice to an eskimo (brownie points if you've tried it).
- You have 1+ years of experience doing high volume sales at an SMB SaaS startup (this is not a hard requirement);
- You have stories of selling stuff to people (this could even be concert tickets, sports cards or something you made)

Profile Description:
The job holder will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team.
