About the Role:

We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and working knowledge of Meta Ads and other paid media platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end ad campaigns, analyze performance, and maximize ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns
• Track performance using Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
• Create performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements:

• Proven Google Ads experience (mandatory)
• Hands-on with Meta Ads and knowledge of other ad platforms
• Familiar with GA4, GTM, and tracking tools
• Strong analytics and communication skills
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification preferred

Skills - Python (Pandas, NumPy) and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask), ETL processes, LLM, React.js or Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas,

NumPy) and backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).

• Hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics, including data pipelines, ETL

processes, and working with structured/unstructured data.

• Understanding of React.js/ Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript for building responsive user

interfaces.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and eagerness to grow into a deeper AI-focused role.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to evolving technologies.

Job Description: Lead Full-Stack Developer

Location: Pune Shift timings: 2-11 p.m. (Hybrid working model)

Job Overview: We are looking for two highly skilled Lead Developers based in India to join U.S.-driven Agile teams as key contributors. These roles will be pivotal in driving the end-to-end technical delivery of essential features across customer-facing and associate-facing platforms. This position requires a hands-on engineering approach, with at least half of the time dedicated to coding and core technical execution, while also leading and supporting the broader team in achieving project goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Act as the senior technical lead within a globally distributed team, focusing on domains such as Loyalty, Mobile Applications, CRM, and Customer Pickup solutions.

 Take ownership of design, development, testing, and deployment of cloud-native microservices and modular web components.

 Guide and oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding guidelines, and promote engineering best practices.

 Collaborate closely with U.S.-based product owners, architects, and delivery managers to define requirements, decompose epics, refine user stories, and estimate effort.

 Mentor and coach junior developers in India, fostering technical excellence within a remote-first, collaborative work culture.

 Provide transparent updates on risks, blockers, architectural choices, and delivery progress across international teams.

 Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following scalability, observability, and resiliency standards.

 Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, internal/external APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and customer data platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

 Minimum 10 years of progressive software development experience with proven leadership in technical delivery.

 Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

 Hands-on experience working in Agile teams, partnering directly with U.S.-based product and engineering stakeholders.

 Advanced skills in debugging, performance optimization, and unit/integration test automation.

 Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, containerization (Docker), and modern deployment strategies.

 Exceptional communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach in a distributed team environment.

 Prior exposure to offshore-onshore collaboration models is highly desirable.

Should be Graduated in the year (2021/2022) (BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech)

What Would You Do During Your Internship

• Create engaging reels and tiktok (and/or outsource this effectively)for our social media platforms
• Help manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and direct messages
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to recommend improvements to increase performance of our social media platforms.
• Creating entertaining, interesting and fun reels to help increase the reach, impressions and followers of our digital audience(s). 
• Writing and creating (video) content in English and Hindi.
