About the team and this role:

This is a part-time role working directly with our Product Marketing Managers on all things design. You will be responsible for shaping how our brand looks, feels, and moves across all customer touchpoints. From static assets to motion graphics, from event branding to product storytelling, you’ll be the creative engine behind our marketing. This means producing high-quality designs at speed and at scale, across multiple formats and channels. 

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border SaaS environment, works seamlessly across time zones, and blends creative craft with sharp execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to make our story visually compelling, consistent, and impactful for US and global audiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Design & Motion: Create stunning visual content including graphics, motion videos, explainer animations, product visuals, landing pages, ebooks, pitch decks, social ads, and more. Be a one-person studio who can bring ideas to life.
• Website Design: Work closely with the marketing team to design, refresh, and optimize web pages (landing pages, feature pages, comparison pages) for clarity, impact, and conversion.
• Brand Guardian: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines while evolving the look and feel to keep things fresh, modern, and memorable.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify campaigns across social media, web, newsletters, podcasts, events, and sales enablement materials.
• Content Factory: Design for scale, with multiple social posts per week, newsletters, video edits, case study layouts, event branding, and more.
• Innovation: Use AI and the latest design tools to streamline workflows and accelerate creative output.
• Measurement: Track performance of creative campaigns, test new formats, and optimize designs for impact.

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally at a US-focused B2B SaaS company or fast-paced startup.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. 
• Comfort with multiple design and AI tools, with speed as a top priority.
• A strong portfolio that showcases motion graphics, digital design, and brand identity work.
• Extreme proactiveness. We won’t micromanage you - you need to be a self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done without waiting to be asked.
• Very high attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) with a willingness to over-communicate progress and updates.
• This is a 3-month, in-office internship at Inkle Office, HSR Layout, Bangalore, requiring 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible timing between 10 AM and 7 PM.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NLP solutions to automate legal document analysis and extraction
• Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language models
• Design search functionality leveraging semantic understanding of legal documents
• Build document extraction pipelines to process unstructured legal text data
• Develop data visualizations using PowerBI and Tableau to communicate insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 1-5 years of professional experience in data science, with focus on NLP applications
• Demonstrated experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, )
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimization techniques
• Experience with document extraction and information retrieval systems
• Strong skills in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI and Tableau
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and document structures (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
• Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
• Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
• Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.

About the Position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced software engineer to join our team at Mumbai. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to take ownership of developing user facing applications and features in an agile manner. You will design and implement scalable and performant front-end solutions from scratch, while also taking a hard look at the existing ones.

• Solid foundation in software development ( algorithm design, data structure, SDLC)
• Good concepts of unit testing and automation testing for UI components
• Good understanding of web app performance including Google Core Web Vitals metrics.
