Key Responsibilities: 

• Create visually engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other digital/print materials. 
• Develop design concepts that communicate a clear message and align with brand identity and objectives. 
• Present design ideas and concepts to the creative team and stakeholders for feedback and refinement. 
• Utilize the latest industry-standard design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite like Illustrator(must), Photoshop(must), InDesign and After Effects (good to have). 
• Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in design tools and software and apply them to your work. 
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency in design direction across different platforms and media. 
• Design a variety of creative assets for digital channels, including website design, social media posts, email templates, display ads, etc. 
• Produce print-ready designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging. 
• Stay updated with current design trends, industry innovations, and emerging design tools. 

Skills: 

• Expert knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) etc. 
• Strong experience of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles(must). 
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all designs. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to non-design stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Graduate in any field (B.A., B.com., BBA, or any other discipline)  
• Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. 
• Certification in design.

Working Hours: 

• Full-time position with 9:30AM to 6:30PM working hours (Mon to Sat)

Position 1: Lead Generation Expert (Multi-Channel)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Expert who can bring qualified leads consistently—not limited to freelancing platforms. If you understand how to convert cold contacts into warm leads using a mix of platforms and outreach strategies, we want to talk. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Generate leads daily from platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, etc.
• Run email campaigns and cold outreach via tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Lem list.
• Use LinkedIn and Twitter actively to connect and nurture leads.
• Build lead databases from directories, web scraping, or AI tools.
• Track performance and ensure consistency in lead flow.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for feedback loops.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, converting leads.
• Comfortable using automation tools and CRMs.
• Strong written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• IT Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
• Employee Benefits & Record-Keeping: Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
• Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and overall productivity.
• Record Management & Data Protection: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a Postgraduate qualification in HR.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar HR Executive role, with proven experience in HR operations.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends to effectively assess candidates.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).

Job Description :

· Need 2D animators to develop professional quality 2D animations/Modules, basis the scripts being shared.

· Critical need to visualize and when required build on scripts and create animation for effective story lines independently.

· Ability to work on multiple projects and supervise the team. Going beyond the brief to think of ideas proactively.

· Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs. Ability to quickly adapt and reuse components from existing into new ones.

· Visualize independently to come up with fresh designs/layouts and animations.

· Overseeing Modules/Animations through the production stage to final completion.

· Adherence to design and branding style guides, standards, and processes

Job Responsibility:

· At least 2 years design and animation and illustration experience MUST include character design, background scene environment and 2D animation.

· Key Skills –Adobe Flash, Illustration/sketching, Character Design and Animation. Very Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Sound Editing is required.

· Illustration/drawing with good visualization skills for Storyboarding.

· Action scripting knowledge will be an added advantage though not mandatory.

· Design Studio experience is preferred though not mandatory.

Additional Information:

· Previous K-12 animation experience preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

1) Writing blogs, articles and press releases by co-ordinating directly with the Technical/SEO team.

2) Writing / Proof-reading corporate website content for US and UK based clients.

3) Preparing documentation, user manual and technical documentation for several IT projects related to Magento,WordPress,WooCommerce,Shopify etc.

4) Preparing Content for Social Media Promotion.

• Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.

About the role

Quantela is seeking UI Architect who is proficient in design and development of web based front end applications for enterprises.

Qualifications:

• Should have sound understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript & Typescript concepts and Debugging skills.
• Should have strong Implementation & architectural design skill of BOTH client-side and Server-side NodeJS/JavaScript (and related frameworks) based application
• Should build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Should have working experience on Angular (Preferably at least 3+ year experience in Angular 5 and above versions), HTML5, CSS3.
• Should be able to recommend appropriate UI frameworks and controls, design and develop web applications based upon a set of requirements
• Responsible for setting coding standards using best practices/principles and ensuring its adherence
• Good understanding of UI best practices, RESTful services, Accessibility WCAG 2.0, etc.
• Should be able to understand security models like OWASP standards
• The selected candidate should be an evangelist, self-driven, visionary leader and mentor
