Customer Support Manager

We are a Florida-based nonprofit organization seeking a full-time remote AI Programmer to support automation and AI-driven workflows.

Schedule:

42 hours per week

Flexible schedule overlap with EST preferred

Compensation:

$750 to $1,000 + bonus

Long-term contractor role

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI-driven websites, apps, and automation systems
• Work with large language model APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
• Improve prompt engineering and structured outputs
• Optimize performance and reliability

Requirements:

• Experience working with APIs (REST, JSON)
• Experience with PHP, React.js, and database systems.
• Familiarity with LLM models and prompt design
• Understanding of automation workflows
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with image generation APIs
• Experience with Google Sheets / Apps Script
• Experience deploying lightweight cloud functions

Skills Required (Mandatory):

• Automation Testing- using Selenium Java

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experienced with automation tools -Selenium or Appium

Defect management tools (ie: JIRA) Scripting knowledge with Java Programming language 

Understanding of current technologies, Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), Agile and Iterative Development methodologies.

Identify and communicate test plan / cases to automate based on automation framework and approach Defect management tools (ie: JIRA).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of Inside Sales Team 
• Ensure customer details are complete and correct, also collect contact details, profiles, and nature of business.
• Enrich leads by finding information about the person and the company who has signed up for the product. 
• Identify key contacts at prospect accounts based on title and responsibilities
• Assign the leads to the respective salesperson according to category (start-up, SMB, Enterprise) and region.
• Ensure the team keeps all activity, customer information, notes, and documents up-to-date in http://salesforce.com/">salesforce.com and other relevant systems.
• Track daily sign-ups and demo requests and ensure they are all treated within 24 hours
• Help the SDR team with the right companies and personas to target.

Requirements :

• Fluency in prospecting tools and platforms (lead generation, email, phone, data enrichment & cleansing, BDR processes, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is Must.  
• Hands-on with social media - LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
• Experience with salesforce automation systems will be an added advantage
