Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for SEO, SEM, and digital marketing services
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct client meetings, understand business goals, and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, commercial discussions, and close deals independently
• Work closely with the Founder for strategy review and closure support on key accounts
• Maintain and report sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts
• Build and nurture long-term business relationships with clients

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years’ experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
• Experience selling SEO / SEM / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing services preferred
• Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and ROI-driven selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Based in Delhi-NCR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and devise end to end approach and strategy to modernizeapplications
2. Plan, Design, and develop architectures for highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise systems
3. Ideate and drive automation, lead PoVs point of view / PoCs Proof of concept/lead in the development of minimal viable product
4. Identify risks, and issues, and work on a mitigation plan
5. Able to review enterpriseapplicationportfolios and be able to provide application rationalization and modernization strategies
6. Provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for anapplicationor group of applications.
7. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for work requests.

Technical Experience:

1. Highly experienced withapplicationarchitecture capabilities with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless architectures
2. Understanding of Domain-driven design, Event-drivearchitecture
3. Equipped with in-depth experience in developingapplicationswith either PHP/Python or databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

SSRS developers optimize SQL server queries to retrieve data efficiently and quickly. As

To create and design best-practice data warehouse solutions that support business reporting tasks. This is achieved using different programs and software, such as Microsoft Excel, MS SQL Server, and Tableau.

Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. 

We are 45 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups. 

We are a fully remote team.

Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a SDE III, you will be :

1. Designing and implementing FullStack applications of interface.ai’s conversational AI platform and playing a significant role in evolving them.
2. Working with a team of driven and passionate engineers working on cutting edge technology, who take pride in solving complex problems.
3. Engaging in cross-functional team discussions on Product, design, QA, deployment and maintenance,  in a fast-moving collaborative set up.
4. Building reusable code and libraries for future use
5. Analyzing high level requirements, breaking it down into workable/demoable tasks, estimating them and delivering with high quality.

13. Have Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
14. Have Hands-on experience in Mocha or other Javascript testing frameworks
15. Have experience working with react, python (Nice to have)
16. Have hands-on experience in developing applications using microservices, container technologies, container management systems such as Kubernetes
17. Have a strong understanding of systems using real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling, server-sent events)
18. Have hands-on experience in the Implementation of security and data protection

• Experience  5 to 8 years.
• Role responsible for implementing and customizing BMC solutions in DSM space Candidates with strong experience in Remedy ITSM implementation (design/ upgrade/ installation/ customization/ integration) CMDB, SRM, MyIT and
• SmartIT Experience on UNIX operating system and ITIL framework. 
• Strong Java skills will be an additional plus Excellent presentation abilities (e.g. product features demonstrations, basic workshops) to customers and ability to lead the project
