Key Responsibilities
🔧 Production & Wiring Harness Operations
- Supervise day-to-day wiring harness production activities
- Ensure correct LVDS cable construction as per drawings and standards
- Monitor crimping processes and ensure crimp quality
- Perform and supervise continuity testing & Hi-Pot testing
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
- Ensure proper harness routing and connector assembly standards
🏭 Process & Machine Handling
- Operate and monitor crimping machines (semi-auto/manual)
- Handle cutting & stripping machines efficiently
- Operate taping machines
- Perform basic soldering operations when required
- Use crimp height micrometer and pull tester for quality checks
👥 Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise a team of 20–30 operators/technicians
- Manage shift-wise manpower planning and task allocation
- Conduct daily production briefings and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor productivity, quality, and discipline on the shop floor
- Handle team issues and conflicts professionally
