About the Job:

We are looking for a Content Writer, preferably a medical professional who has a passion for writing or a writer who found niche in healthcare industry, to create, edit and maintain high quality edit technical and marketing documents for internal and external use.

In this role, you will research, organize, write, and edit health Insurance related medical policies, technical and marketing & sales-related contents, as required.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Content Writer:

• Create, curate and syndicate content to increase brand awareness.
• Write storyboard and script content for digital and print channels for Sales and Marketing materials.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology, standards, and documentation to unify communications.
• Plan future content in collaboration with management to maintain consistency and high-quality for future documentation.
• Proactively and strategically plan content to achieve business goals and user needs.
• Analyse documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
• Serve as writing consultant to other business segments as needed.

As a Technical Writer:

• Obtain a deep understanding of the Medical and Healthcare industry to summarize policy information into simple, polished, and engaging content for internal and external users.
• Write health insurance and medical related content that meets the business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed repositories of appropriate reference materials in healthcare policies. 
• Research, develop and document technical design specifications and requirements documents and translate technical data into user-focused language.
• Gather information through research, subject matter experts and by reviewing technical requirements.
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for summarizations and improvement.
• Establish standards and protocols with team members for project documentation.
• Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit internal operational procedures, and training manuals.

Tailor and Circus is an online ecommerce brand, looking for full-time a Ruby on Rails Developer to work with the brand on cutting edge technologies combined with an ability to be innovative while creating solutions in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, architecture design, code development, deployment and testing.
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and internal stakeholders.
• Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions.
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints.
• Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Review code and provide feedback related to best practices and improving performance.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 yrs of experience with Rails 4 or 5 framework.
• Development and delivery experience with Ruby (1.9, 2.x); Rails (4 or 5).
• Good to have HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and excellent JavaScript knowledge.
• Good ability to understand, discuss, design, develop, test, document, and troubleshoot an interactive AJAX enabled Rails application that uses REST, SOAP, SQL.
• Knowledge on AWS is requirement.
• Experience on Heroku, Azure would be an added advantage.,
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN)
• Familiarity with development aiding tools (such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc)

Requirements

• Experience in Programming any language, preferably Java, OOPS concepts.
• Experience in API testing (Web Services), Web testing, Android and iOS Apps.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and exposure to MySQL DB, Mongo DB (good to have).
• Experience in Eclipse, IntelliJ, JUnit, Maven, TestNG, POI and respective open source tools.
