Position Overview:

Responsibilities;

● Analyze financial data related to loan requests.

● Evaluate loan documents are to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Perform risk assessments on potential loan recipients based on credit rating, borrowing history, and other specific risk factors.

● Record loan denials and specific basis for declining application.

● Monitor and report noncompliance with loan covenants.

● Maintain client relationships and provide superior customer service.

● Assist with technical underwriting issues and questions.

● Review loan documentation and vendor reports to identify signs of fraudulent activity.

● Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

-         Service Manager managing a team providing L1, L2 support for multiple applications

-         Should be able to work in China hours as and when required

-         6-7 years of experience in a support role

-         2+ years’ experience in Prior experience in supervisory role 

-         Manage shift rosters, escalations

-         Responsible for standing up and running the support team

-         Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.

-         Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.

-         Assigning tasks to support team members each day that are based on SLAs, technician availability, and the technician’s skills.

-         High level knowledge of the Data Engineering space having supported data stores, data pipelines, and downstream reporting applications is desirable

-         Periodic reporting to stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

Create & manage world-class apps that have the potential of reaching millions of users.

Roles and responsibilities include -
1. Addition of new features to existing app and making sure minimal crash rate and ANR
2. Adding new AI models built by the data science team into the android environment 
3. Creating reasonable timelines and making sure delivery is according to planned schedules

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).

On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)

• Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
• Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")
• Manage customer success pipeline (we use Hubspot)
• Relaying bugs to our development team to get taken care of (we use Jira)
• Creating user stories around customers wants, needs, issues (Asana)
• Using Stripe to process payments, refunds, and all things billing
• Create systems for tracking bugs, feature requests, and better ways to improve our support process and channel
• Create, edit, and continuously update our knowledge-base so our customers don’t have to bother you on how to do the simple things.
• Create videos and animated gif's that show people how to DO things (people love walk-throughs)

On the SUCCESS side, here are some things that you’ll be doing… (30% of your day)

• Host group & 1-on-1 demo’s, webinars, and training with leads and customers weekly and monthly
• Create surveys and google forms to gain feedback from current customers
• Reach out to “likely to churn” customers to help them get value from Salesmsg
• Engage with canceling customers and design a system for tracking for later followup.
• Speak with customers on the phone, text message, live chat, email, and other channels to help them with whatever questions they have.
• Onboard new customers

Requirements:

• Academic degree (BE / MCA) with 3-10 years of experience in back-end Development.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Analyzing, Designing, Development and Unit testing
• Scala technologies, AKKA, REST Webservices, SOAP, Jackson JSON API, JUnit, Mockito, Maven
• Hands-on experience with Play framework
• Familiarity with Microservice Architecture
• Experience working with Apache Tomcat server or TomEE
• Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra), writing custom queries, procedures, and designing schemas.
• Good to have front end experience (JavaScript, Angular JS/ React JS)
