Job Responsibilities:

● Creating relationships with potential and existing clients via networking, calls, emails and in-person meetings.

● Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

● Researching potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of most of their target customers.

● Meet with potential clients to present company offerings and proposals and address their concerns

● Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.

● Attending networking meetings, sales meetings, trade shows, exhibitions and workshops as required.

● Generate a sales funnel for the company’s various offerings.

● Convincing clients to purchase company products and services by communicating the benefits.

● Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects.

● Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the communications industry and agency market.

● Identifying areas for expansion and development.

● Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end-of-month revenue and market performance reports.

● Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.

● Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.

● Maintaining Client Database from all available sources.

● Make sure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met.

Key Skills /Requirements:

● Minimum 3+ years experience in the field of Sales & Marketing of Media / Agency / IT Background (face-to-face experience imperative; experience within the Agency sales preferred)

● Educated to degree level or equivalent

● Self-starter who is target-driven and self-motivated and must be comfortable in a target-oriented environment.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face)

● Consultative sales skills: our audience is made up of agencies/media owners and requires a balance of soft sell approach and hard sell closure

● Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously

● Experience working in IT sales with a bit of technical knowledge and understanding of and passion for the industry.

● The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic.

Experience: Min. 3 years+ (Fresher’s strictly don’t apply) Candidates Preferred: Only females - mandatory in the media, events, and advertising.

Working Hrs. 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. [Monday – Friday][Alternate Saturdays]

Duties:

• Embedded Software Development in C

•Design and development of software based on Autosar architecture

Qualifications:

•University degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science or similar

•Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development

• Solid C programming skills

• Ideally with Autosar experience

•Knowledge on Functional Safety (ISO 26262)

• Familiar with Vector tools like DaVinci Configurator, Geny, CANoe, etc..

•Knowledge of scripting tools like Python, CAPL, etc.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Preferably have a working experience of 4 Years and more , on production PostgreSQL DBs.
• Experience of working in a production support environment

The opportunity

The Engineering Manager (EM)is responsible for a managing a team of full stack engineers that is building highly innovative and cutting edge solutions. This role is accountable for leading a team, developing code, deploying and managing in production. Most importantly, the EM, while working with the Product owners drives the product Net promoter score (NPS), user satisfaction, building the product roadmap and delivering highly functional, exceptionally innovative and intelligent software. You will be called upon to be the technical representative for your team during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll take the lead as you - drive product development, operations and technical decision making. You’ll have a strong focus on team management and development, equal focus will be on writing production code and hands on active development of the capabilities and solutions. Assist in defining infrastructure need and use enterprise solution and drive resolution of technology roadblocks including code, infrastructure, build and deployment. Manage overall software development cycle by adhering to development and security standards. Establish good stakeholder communication and work closely with Product teams and influence set product roadmap and help drive requirements while being a strong advocate of extreme agile and DevOps practices across engineers. Build and manage a team of high performing full stack engineers and provide leadership, coaching, motivation and recommend staffing levels, operating procedures, tools and systems for the team. Provide career development and performance management to a team of engineers.

Required Candidate Profile

• 4 year degree in or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of engineering (software development) experience
• 1-3 years of managing teams with a strong track record of delivery for cross-functional product experience with Cloud hosting and managing products
• Proficient in building high performing APIs and writing specs
• Expertise in programming languages. Hands on experience in Java, J2ee technologies is preferred.
• Experience in SAP Hybris Commerce would be a plus
• Experience with integration, data handling technologies and other open source frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences
• Team-orientated, passionate about developing others’ skills and capabilities
• Successful track record of working in large scale technology solutions
• Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology including continuous integration and delivery, with a mindset of building incrementally and delivering business value quickly
