Delivery Manager

We're looking for Node js developers with over 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in Javascript based development using Node js and Express. We are looking for cadidates who are go-getters and are leaning towards leadership positions. Candidates must have a proven history of building, scaling, optimising and securing 

We would prefer candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving their notice period.

Key Skills Required :

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Assist in the design and implementation of Snowflake-based analytics solution (data lake and data warehouse) on Azure.

Profound experience in designing and developing data integration solutions using ETL tools such as DBT.

        Hands-on experience in the implementation of cloud data warehouses using Snowflake & Azure Data Factory

Solid MS SQL Server skills including reporting experience.

Work closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, test, and continually improve scalable data solutions and services running on DBT & Snowflake cloud platforms.

Implement critical and non-critical system data integration and ingestion fixes for the data platform and environment.

Ensuring root cause resolution to identified problems.

Monitor and support the Data Solutions jobs and processes to meet the daily SLA.

Analyze the current analytics environment and make recommendations for appropriate data warehouse modernization and migration to the cloud.

Develop Snowflake deployment (Using Azure DevOPS or similar CI/CD tool) and usage best practices.

Follow best practices and standards around data governance, security and privacy.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment coordinating multiple projects.

Effective software development life cycle management skills and experience with GitHub

Leverage tools like Fivetran, DBT, Snowflake, GitHub, to drive ETL, data modeling and analytics.

Handling HR Operations project.  

Coordinate with Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, 

Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new 

hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and 

audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part. 

Coordinate and make sure that the Safety Compliances should be 

followed at Plant level.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors issue a various letter i.e. 

Warning Letter, abscond letter, show cause notice etc. for 

Misconduct.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors send recovery mails/legal 

notices to employees also coordinate with external lawyer for 

pending recovery of F & F.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors run a POSH Policy 

Compliance.  

MIS and reporting  

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the core team building a state-of-the-art blockchain based SaaS platform. 
• Building mobile applications using latest technologies leveraging Android, node and mongo. 
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects. 
• Backend RESTful API Design and server-side development for web and mobile apps. 
• Develop and design database schemas on MongoDB. 
• Perform code reviews and unit tests to ensure code consistency and maintainability. 

Minimum Qualifications & Qualities 

• Passion to solve complex problems of agriculture in a dynamic start-up environment 
• Flexible, curious, exploratory, and can-do attitude 
• Great sense of ownership and ability to work with very limited supervision 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 1+ year of hands-on coding expertise in software engineering.

• Ability to speak English fluently. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong programming experience of 1+ years with Android, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB. 
• Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 
• Experience with SDLC in an Agile work environment using tools like Jira and GitHub. 
• Knowledge and experience of NoSQL Databases is a must. 

• Knowledge of AWS Services like ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Load Balancing, Route 53, API Gateway along with Infrastructure provisioning and optimization is an advantage.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins, GitHub Actions,
• Experience with containerization environments like Docker & Kubernetes is an advantage. 
• Familiar with TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of any Blockchain protocols like Hyperledger is clearly an undue advantage

· 3+ years java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc

· Hands on experience on Spring boot & Microservices .

· Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing

· Implementations experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment.

· Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
