Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients (startups & organizations) in India and abroad through research, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
• Client Outreach & Agreement: Initiate conversations, pitch PLEXO HR Solutions’ model, and convert prospects into clients via meetings/calls/emails; coordinate and facilitate sign-up agreements.
• Digital & Social Media Marketing: Engage and network via LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and relevant online channels to promote company services.
• Candidate Pipeline Development: Create robust candidate sourcing channels to ensure a steady pool of talent for diverse client requirements.
• Campus Collaboration: Reach out and coordinate with colleges and universities for hiring collaborations, campus drives, and internship opportunities.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Research market trends, competitor activities, and prepare weekly reports on outreach and conversions.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent PLEXO HR Solutions professionally in all client/candidate communications and marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

- Work with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
