Key Expectations: We are looking for Java full stack engineers who can contribute across both backend and frontend systems with minimal supervision and ensure end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Technical Skills:   

•     Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
•     Frontend development experience using React.js / Next.js
•     Should have equal proficiency across both backend and frontend development
•     Working knowledge of Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, and distributed systems
•     Strong understanding of Core Java, LLD, and familiarity with Design Patterns and System Design concepts
•     Hands-on experience in building applications with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance
•     Proficient in API integration, state management (Redux/Context API), and frontend optimization
•     Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
•     Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for responsive and maintainable UI development

• 2-5 years of experience in backend development and must have worked on Java/shell/Perl/python scripting.

• Follower of agile methodology (Sprint planning, working on JIRA, retrospective etc).
• Proficiency in usage of tools like Docker, Maven, Jenkins and knowledge on frameworks in Java like spring, spring boot, hibernate, JPA.
• Ability to design application modules using various concepts like object oriented, multi-threading, synchronization, caching, fault tolerance, sockets, various IPCs, database interfaces etc.
• Hands on experience on Redis, MySQL and streaming technologies like Kafka producer consumers and NoSQL databases like mongo dB/Cassandra.
• Knowledge about versioning like Git and deployment processes like CICD.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialised role

Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views

Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner

Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data

Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses

Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users

Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards

Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity

Skills

Proven working experience as a Database Administrator

Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications

Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding

Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools

Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically

Degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification

Android Services, System service and framework development, Broadcast using Java, Kotlin, C++ (Mandatory)

Experience in AOSP build setup & understanding of Android.bp, gradle, Android.mk (Mandatory)

IPC mechanism in Android: AIDL, JNI, HIDL, Socket Communication (Mandatory)

Experience in Android application development using Java & Kotlin (Mandatory)

Custom UI component development & understanding of MVVM architecture (Mandatory)

Flexible in customizing AOSP for product branding (Good to have)

RESTful service integration, Multithreading ,Message queueing (Good to have)
