We’re looking for a competent individual to help develop a scalable backend system for our project Cast India.With Cast India, We’re out to revolutionize the way people onboard, train, and get opportunity in M&E domain.

• Must-Have Skills

  • Strong knowledge of any PHP web framework Codeigniter, Laravel, CakePHP, Yii, Symfony, etc along with strength in OOPS
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns
  • Working experience with any Payment Gateways is desirable. Experience with REST-based API Development is a must
  • Experience with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS frameworks along with Angular 6+ and ReactJS
  • Confident with Mysql database, framing complex queries for optimum performance
  • Good knowledge of Javascript, Json, Jquery, Ajax

  Additional Skills

  • Hands-on experience working on Microservices development
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

  Build and hosting experience

  • Must have a strong DevOps experience
  • Exhibited CI/CD experience with Jenkins tools and plugins.
  • Strong experience in auto-deployment, deployment testing, and overall automated pipeline management.
  • Good to have knowledge of Cpanel, FileZilla, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Must have a strong experience with source control tools like GitHub

  Testing

  • Must have strong advanced Unit testing experience and Agile experience
  • Must have strong working experience in agile
  • Must have participated in SCRUM and must be well aware of the scrum ceremonies
  • Must be able to self-manage the pipeline and should be well prepared to meet challenging timelines

  MySQL competency

  • Must be able to write complex queries
  • Understanding and implementation level knowledge of key joins, constraints, and triggers
  • Able to analyze the query and perform query optimization
  • Independently handle the Table DDL and DML statements as part of the development
  • Ability to create ER diagrams and data mapping diagrams and document data entity chang

Introduction:

Tyroo’s Vidtech.ai is one of the largest independent marketing automation cloud built for the video first world. We build softwares and platforms that allow our partners to derive maximum yields on their marketing spends on various video first social platforms. We work on problems that involve building high availability, low latency solutions which require computing optimal decisions using various self-created modules as well as pre-available modules popular in the ML and Big Data world.

We are looking for a back-end developer who has at least 1 years professional experience in building systems on either Python or Node.js and is able to become an anchor/pillar for the team. The role will require you to architect and develop systems/features needed for our marketing automation products. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are also necessary so that the individual can train, educate and manage junior resources.

• Must be able to contribute in setting up best practices and effective design patterns in complete development lifecycle.

Technical Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years’ experience in developing scalable systems on Python/Node.js with strong grasp on microservices and serverless architectural patterns
• Must have prior experience with databases like MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis
• Must be exposed to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and containerization using Dockers
• Must have worked with RESTful APIs and WebSockets
• Must have deep understanding of HTTP, web browsers and token-based authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT)
• Must be experienced on Version Control Tools (Git) and Package Managers (npm, yarn, pip)
• Must adhere to coding standards and have the habit of doing unit testing along with regular and rigorous code reviews
• Should know about microservices orchestration using Kubernetes, web servers like Nginx/Apache and queuing systems like Kafka/Kinesis

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

• Need to develop applications in PHP, HTML5, JQuery and Node.JS.
• Need to interact with Team Leads, QA team, Deployment team
• Need to interact with in-house and external customers
• Need to interact with internal team members for integrated development
• Need to have good communication skills
• Will Report to Lead Developer - PHP

Skills required:

• Need to have experience in developing projects using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery , CSS3, Elastic Search and Node.JS
• Need to have experience in implementing web frameworks
• Need to have experience in database concepts
• Need experience in unit testing
• Need to have experience in trouble shooting and analyzing run time errors

• B.E
• B.Tech
• MCA

Preference of Professional background:

• Should have strong knowledge and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Solid Work experience of Object Oriented Development and MVC Design & Core PHP
• Sound knowledge of JavaScript / AJAX technologies and methods.
• Prior experience with XML, JSON and SOAP web services.
• Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Node.js, Angular.js is a plus
• Version control systems like Sub version, GITLAB

• Build efficient, effective, reusable and testable PHP modules.
• Responsible to write clean and well-structured code.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
