We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in Inventory systems, and UI/Platform product ownership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C travel or hospitality tech, and will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.
šÆ Required Qualifications & Mandatory Skills
ā 3ā4 years of product management experience in travel tech, hospitality, OTA, marketplace, or related B2C products.
ā Mandatory experience working on Inventory systems, including hotel inventory workflows and related processes.
ā Mandatory experience with Extranet tools/platforms used by partners/hotels to manage content, availability, and settings.
ā Mandatory experience owning Platform & UI features, including defining user-centric interfaces and platform components.
ā Proven track record of defining product requirements and driving feature execution with cross-functional teams.
ā Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ā Experience working in Agile environments and using product analytics tools (data-driven decision making).
⨠Key Responsibilities
š¹ Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for hotel inventory, partner extranet tools, and platform UI features.
š¹ Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
š¹ Translate business goals and user insights into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
š¹ Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
š¹ Prioritise product backlogs and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
š¹ Leverage data and user feedback to track product performance and inform iterative improvements.
š¹ Engage and partner with internal stakeholders and hotel partners to gather feedback and ensure product alignment.
