We are looking "Go Developer" for Reputed Client @ Bangalore Permanent Role.

Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

System Architecture:

• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure software systems.

• Work on system integration and deployment strategies.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure the team's best practices are followed.

• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code robustness, usability, and reliability.

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

• Identify and troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments.

• Collaborate with the operations team to diagnose and resolve system-related issues.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software development processes, procedures, and code.

• Document code and processes for knowledge sharing and onboarding purposes.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose viable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Acquire and activate travel agents through various channels like office visits, telephone, email, social networks, events & meetings.

• Establish, grow, and maintain commercial ties with travel agents—both current and potential —in the designated territory to attract new partners for our services.

• Create a sales funnel, identify the right leads, define long-term goals, and engage in strategic business planning.

• Align sales activities with tele-sales team, product, marketing, and customer success team.

• Build in-depth understand of our products and give demos or solve product queries to convert agents.

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

• At least 4 years sales experience in the travel industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in acquiring travel agents or in visas or insurance is a big plus

• Proficient with using CRMs and google sheets

Experience: 2-5 Years experience

Skills:

Core PHP (Knowledge of functions, Methods, PHP OOPS Concept, Ajax, MySQL, Jquery), Javascript, Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, MVC Structure 

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative markets
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched

Responsibilities:

• Draft proposal portions such as introduction, overview, project approach, and cover letter
• Draft proposal template to hand off to subject matter expert and writing teams
• Develop and execute consistent company identity through document templates, letterhead, and logo usage
• Lead proposal team on RFP, RFQ, award submittals, and roster application responses
• Synthesize proposal materials into final client-ready package
• Maintain proposal milestones schedules like issue and review dates, kickoff meetings, and due dates.
• Engage in proposal sections coordination, final formatting, assembly, packaging, and delivery.
• Ensuring documents are secure and up to company standards
• Facilitating the proposal review process

• 5-8+ years of experience in software development using J2EE technologies
• Experience with Core Java, JEE5 (JSP/JMS/Web Services/Servlets), Spring, Hibernate, REST, JBOSS/Tomcat Servers
• 1+ years of experience using Azure IOT technologies
• Work experience in Azure IoT Suite: IoT HUB, Azure TSI, DPS, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure KeyVault, MCI/AKS, Azure AD
• Knowledge in Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Knowledge in ReactJS, JQuery is a plus
• Good knowledge in SQL -preferable
• Must have worked in agile/scrum environment
• Good understanding of software development processes, preferably for a regulated medical devices environment (ISO13485/FDA)
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and support implementation of business specific Pega solutions and/or framework
• Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 8.x
• Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch user experience
• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools
• Good hands on implementing PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email etc. Good understanding of PEGA case management features
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries
• Ability to interact with business analysts and business team members to refine requirements, Use Cases
• Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing
• Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions

• Pega Systems Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• 5+ Years of Experience on Pega PRPC (8.x/7.x versions) and Frame worked Case Management
• In-Depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Integration, Performance Management and all Pega relevant Tools
• Ability to negotiate and allocate resources appropriately for development and implementation
