Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist with influencer campaign outreach. The role involves shortlisting influencers for brand campaigns, finding their contact details, and sending personalized outreach emails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrape and collect influencer contact information (email IDs, social handles, etc.).
• Draft and send outreach emails to shortlisted influencers.
• Follow up with influencers to confirm participation.
• Report outreach progress and results to the internal team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong research and internet skills for finding accurate influencer contact details.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining data.
• Good written communication skills for outreach emails.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing will be a plus.

Candidate must have 4–7 years of experience in analytics / business analytics roles.

2. Candidate must have current or recent experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

3. Candidate must have hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

4. Candidate must have experience working with databases/APIs (Mongo, Presto, REST or similar).

5. Candidate must have experience building dashboards/visualizations (Tableau, Metabase or similar).

6. Candidate must be available for face-to-face interviews in Bangalore.

7. Candidate must have experience working closely with business, product, and operations teams.

8. Candidate from large MNCs and Big4 firms will not be considered for this role.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

1–2years of accounting experience (internship experience can be considered for freshers).

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Engineer/Lead with proven expertise in WebdriverIO / Playwright using 

JavaScript. You will be responsible for creating scalable automation frameworks, 

executing tests across web and API layers, and integrating testing into CI/CD

• Design and develop automation frameworks using WebdriverIO / 

Playwright(JavaScript).​

• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define and implement test strategies 

across UI and API layers.​

• Automate test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing for web

• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing.​

Job Summary

The Surveillance Support Executive is responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, identifying unusual activities, preparing incident reports, and supporting the smooth functioning of 24×7 surveillance operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and effective communication while working in a fast-paced monitoring environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring & Incident Management

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance systems in real time.
• Immediately identify and report any suspicious, unsafe, or unusual activities.
• Escalate critical incidents to Team Leads/Managers as per SOP.
• Maintain accurate logs of events and activities throughout the shift.

2. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed incident reports with timelines, screenshots, and observations.

• Ensure timely data entry and update of surveillance records.

3. Operational Support

• Support Team Leads in coordinating shift operations.
• Conduct routine system health checks (camera status, connectivity, alerts).
• Report any technical issues related to cameras, NVRs, or monitoring systems.

4. Compliance & SOP Adherence

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for monitoring and reporting.
• Adhere to client-specific protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Communicate proactively with internal teams, technical support, and clients when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring / BPO / security operations (freshers welcome).
