Role & Responsibilities:

As an Android & Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of both native Android applications and cross-platform applications using Flutter. You’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle, from ideation through deployment, collaborating closely with design, product, and back-end teams.

• Develop and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin or Java.
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, targeting both iOS and Android platforms.
• Implement new features and functionalities as per product requirements, working from wire frames and user stories.
• Focus on optimizing app performance to provide a seamless user experience.
• Implement strategies to improve app speed, reduce battery consumption, and optimize network usage.
• Integrate back-end services (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) with mobile applications to handle real-time data and content.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure data flow and error-free integration.
• Manage the release process for Android apps in the Google Play Store and handle app submission, versioning, and updates.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for developing Android applications.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and common Android libraries (e.g., Retrofit, Glide, Room).
• Familiarity with Android architecture patterns like MVVM, MVP, and MVC.
• Experience with Google Play Store submission, app versioning, and Google Firebase for push notifications, authentication, etc.
• Strong proficiency with Flutter and Dart for building cross-platform mobile apps.
• Familiarity with state management techniques in Flutter (e.g., Provider, GetX, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Experience with Flutter widgets, animations, and custom UI components.
• Familiarity with the Flutter ecosystem (e.g., Flutter DevTools, Flutter plugins, etc.).
• Experience in integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in iOS mobile application development
• Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location etc
• Experience in Design patterns such as POP, MVVM, CleanSwift, Facade
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Understanding of Git

• Design and Build sophisticated and highly salable apps using Flutter.
•  Translate and Build the designs into high-quality responsive UI code.
•  Write efficient queries for core Data.
•  Use of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel-Controller (MVVM) architecture and develop maintainable, testable and functional software that meets product requirements.
•  Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
•  Follow the best practices while developing the app.
•  Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
•  Document the project and code efficiently.
•  Manage the code and project on Git to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
•  Suggest new features and/or enhancements.
•  Maintaining software through product life cycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.
•  Write tests for the App.
•  Knowledge of different state management libraries like BloC,  GetX, Provider will be a plus point.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS 

• ∙ BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• ∙ Minimum 3+ years of iOS application development. 
• ∙ Build iOS applications from scratch and have an understanding of working with 3rd Party frameworks using Cocoapod as a dependency manager. 

KEY SKILLS 

• ∙ Strong knowledge of iOS SDK, UIKit , Swift and having knowledge of socket.IO is a plus. 
• ∙ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. ∙ Familiarity with Push Notification APIs. 
• ∙ Knowledge of the open-source iOS ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

  Requirements:  

• Experience with iOS Design patterns, memory management, REST web-services and JSON Parsing. Designing and building advanced applications for the iOS platform 
•  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform  
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance  
• Can integrate apps with backend and 3rd party API’s. 
• Good programming skills in Objective-C/Swift and extensive knowledge of Apples SDKs and frameworks like Core Data, Core Graphics, Foundation, UIKit, etc.  
• Have published one or more applications in an iOS App Store. 

• Knowledge of iOS App Store deployment process. 

We are looking for a Sr. React Native Developer to help design and develop a new mobile application.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Developing high-quality JavaScript code for the application.
2. Working closely with design and technology teams to gather requirements and formulate solutions.
3. Coordinating with back-end team to establish JSON-based APIs.
4. Deploying and managing application on Google Play Store & App Store.
5. Optimizing application for maximum speed, performance, and compatibility.
6. Making recommendations to address UI/UX issues.
7. Providing assistance to QA to ensure the app is properly tested and QAd.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
2. Strong experience working with React Native on production apps, with knowledge of existing standards and best practices.
3. Strong experience in JavaScript, and Redux.
4. Experience with version control tools (GIT).
5. Experience with responsive design/implementation.
6. Familiarity with REST APIs.
7. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM, etc.

Bonus

Knowledge in any or all of any or all of Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin is a big plus.
