✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance React Native Android, iOS, and tablet applications.

- Develop responsive UI and manage complex business logic using JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Follow scalable architecture patterns like Atomic Design and Wix.

- Integrate third-party services: OAuth, SSO, REST APIs, Firebase, Push Notifications, etc.

- Manage app signing, deployment, and updates on the Play Store and App Store.

- Independently handle the complete app development lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams.

Technical Lead

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 9+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Leadership Skills: 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
• Technical Lead must Lead and mentor a team of software developers and validation engineers.
• Technical Skills: Technical Lead must have Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, React js, SQL, MySQL, Javascript, Web API are required .NET, or Python, along with frameworks and tools used in software development.
• Technical Lead must have General working knowledge of Selenium to support current business automation tools and future automation requirements.
• General working knowledge of PHP desired to support current legacy applications which are on the roadmap for future modernization.
• Technical Lead must have Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar).
• Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

Skills

• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such as Sass, based on project requirements)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 2 - 6 years of hands on experience developing, implementing and delivering web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience in defining and architecting future-ready commercial and customer-facing Digital products and platforms and demonstrated digital architecture thought leadership (big picture thinking)
• Should have extensive experience in designing Salesforce applications, solution blueprinting, effort estimation, and creating work plans
• Should have strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other force.com programming languages including high proficiency in lightning
• Should provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions
• Build and develop web services using REST, SOAP, and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems
• Functionally strong in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
• A technically strong and hands-on person willing to code and enthusiastic/ passionate about technical problems in Salesforce.
• Strong exposure to Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Experience, Aura and, LWC) and understands in-depth of Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Strong exposure to Portals (Partner, Customer) with a varied use of using CMS and Data-Driven Development.
• Understand Lifecycle of Business and Lifecycle Transformation in Salesforce in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Service and, Supply Chain Verticals.
• Could perform System Evaluation in recommending points and consideration for Config vs Code.
• Has performed atleast three End to end Project Transformations in Salesforce using Sales, Service or Community.
• Proactive and willing to learn new technologies with a focus on Very Large Data Volumes and Security.
• Should have Admin, Platform Developer 2 with either salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Community Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Voracious and Independent thinker willing to handle Customers/ Stakeholders. Willing to work independently as required.
• Should be aware of Scrum working process and handling large teams (More than 30 Members).
• Strong influencing and communication skills - Ability to present solutions to IT Leadership, business stakeholders, product and development teams in a compelling manner to help them understand why such a solution is required and have the ability to justify the rationale of the particular solution design. Ability to influence in complex situations where stakeholders do not always agree about methods, choices, and strategic direction.
• Experience with developing resource and budget estimates (BOM and staffing)
• Working with global remote teams

Desired Skills:

• Nice to Have Salesforce Architecture Certification in Application Architect or System Architect with exposure to CTA.
• Nice to have a person who understands Salesforce B2B E-commerce, Marketing Cloud, and varying Industry Cloud exposure.
• Strong familiarity with emerging digital frameworks and patterns, Information Security and Data access controls
• Experience of working with platform/package vendors and their solution teams as part of architecting the overall solution.
• Technical acumen and proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies, tools, and governance/standards
• Ability to deliver various artifacts as part of the enterprise application architecture, including implementation models, technology matrices, communications diagrams, application use-case diagrams, migration/distribution diagrams, etc.
• Understanding of software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (i.e., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, GitHub) is preferred

- Must have 6+ years of overall technology experience.

- Must have 2 years of experience managing Blockchain Projects or having hands on experience with development and management.

- Ability to manage multiple teams both on technical and overall delivery

- Excellent client and tech team handling skills. Ideally, have great balance with aggression and smartness.

- Having experience in DeFi and NFT will be great advantage. Or at least have passion to take deep dive into the same

- Having experience with Project Documentation will be given high preference.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrums

- Should have basic experience with any of the Project Management tools Trello, Kanban, Jira, Asana and other popular in the market.

- Must have experience of source repositories (GitHub).
