About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on PowerShell Automation Engineer with strong experience working across Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft 365, Intune, and Graph API. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on scripting, automation, custom development, and integration, with a smaller portion of day-to-day administration.

This role requires a deep technical mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to automate complex operational tasks, build reusable frameworks, and optimize cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Build integrations using Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft 365 and Azure workloads.
• Automate user lifecycle management, compliance policies, security operations, and reporting.
• Implement automation for Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams provisioning.
• Perform configuration, optimization, and light administration of:
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
• Microsoft 365
• Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Develop automation workflows supporting CI/CD, cloud governance, and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain database logic for automation tasks (SQL preferred).
• Troubleshoot complex issues across scripting, automation, and identity platforms.

Technical Skills Required

Primary (80–85% - Development & Automation)

✔ Strong hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation expertise

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience 
• Capable of independently conducting various aspects of business analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation. 
• Proactive in identifying and prioritizing issues within their domain and taking the initiative to work with the team to resolve them.
