Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy and result-oriented Car Sales Consultant to join our sales force. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey. Your goal is to provide a seamless, consultative experience that turns prospects into loyal customers while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling: Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to identify their specific vehicle needs and lifestyle requirements.
• Product Demonstration: Provide expert-level walkthroughs of vehicle features, safety technology, and performance specifications.
• Test Drive Coordination: Manage and conduct professional test drives to showcase driving dynamics and comfort. CRM Management: Diligently update the CRM system with lead status, follow-up notes, and customer interactions.
• Deal Closing: Present financing options, trade-in valuations, and maintenance packages to finalize sales contracts.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate with the inventory and service teams to ensure vehicles are prepped for a perfect delivery experience.
• Networking: Build a personal referral network through excellent after-sales service and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in automotive sales, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and administrative paperwork.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory) with a safe driving history. Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases.
• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing across multiple releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients across ops-heavy businesses and growth-stage startups
• Run discovery calls to understand a prospect's actual workflow, not just their stated request
• Pitch Axibyte's services Business Apps, AI Implementation, Automation, MVPs, Web & Mobile development tailored to what the prospect needs
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using a CRM, with accurate forecasting
• Negotiate scope, timeline, and pricing alongside the delivery team
• Close deals and hand off cleanly to the project team with full context
• Maintain relationships post-sale to surface upsell and referral opportunities
• Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue against targets

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in software services, SaaS, or IT consulting

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, in person and over video/email
• Comfort selling technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality — you build your own pipeline rather than waiting for leads

1. Flink Sr. Developer

Location: Bangalore(WFO)

Mandatory Skills & Exp -10+ Years : Must have Hands on Experience on FLINK, Kubernetes , Docker, Microservices, any one of Kafka/Pulsar, CI/CD and Java.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Data Engineer lead, you are expected to engineer, develop, support, and deliver real-time

streaming applications that model real-world network entities, and have a good understanding of the

Telecom Network KPIs to improve the customer experience through automation of operational network

data. Real-time application development will include building stateful in-memory backends, real-time

streaming APIs , leveraging real-time databases such as Apache Druid.

 Architecting and creating the streaming data pipelines that will enrich the data and support

the use cases for telecom networks

 Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, gathering requirements and seeking

iterative feedback on recently delivered application features.

 Participating in peer review sessions to provide teammates with code review as well as

architectural and design feedback.

 Composing detailed low-level design documentation, call flows, and architecture diagrams
