ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with mastery of Figma and a strong sense for creating user-centered experiences. While your primary focus will be design, you should also be curious about how your work comes alive in code. Whether through direct implementation in React/Next.js or by experimenting with emerging AI-assisted design-to-code tools, you will help ensure our product vision translates seamlessly into reality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
- Collaborate closely with engineers to balance design vision with technical feasibility
- Where possible, implement or refine designs in code (React/Next.js) or work with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate that process
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, usability tests, and product metrics
- Stay current with design trends, front-end practices, and emerging AI design tools
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (startup or product experience preferred)
- A portfolio that demonstrates modern, user-focused design and end-to-end problem solving
- Comfort collaborating with frontend engineers and openness to working with code (React/Next.js, CSS frameworks) even if not your daily focus
- Strong grasp of typography, color, accessibility, and responsive design
- Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments
PREFERRED
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI
- Experience in UX research, usability testing, or design validation
- Exposure to complex product design such as dashboards or enterprise apps

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a React Native Developer to be the first mobile engineer at AiRA. You will take our product from 0 to 1 on mobile, working closely with designers and backend engineers to create a fast, beautiful, cross-platform app for Android and iOS. If you have built and shipped apps from scratch before, and thrive in high-speed, high-ownership environments, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build AiRA’s mobile app from the ground up in React Native, ensuring cross-platform excellence
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready components with pixel-perfect detail
- Own navigation, animations, and core interaction flows end-to-end
- Integrate with backend APIs and handle state management (Redux, Context, or MobX)
- Optimize performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation
- Establish the mobile development foundation including testing, deployment pipelines, and best practices
- Move fast: iterate rapidly, balance polish with speed, and ship to users quickly
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of professional React Native experience
- Proven ability to build and launch mobile apps from scratch (0 to 1)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and component-driven architecture
- Familiarity with React Navigation, Gesture Handler, and Reanimated
- Experience integrating APIs, handling authentication, and managing async storage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build core AI systems that combine LLMs, retrieval, and memory to power conversational intelligence
- Prototype rapidly with new models and techniques, evaluate their performance, and productionize the best approaches
- Engineer scalable and reliable backend components in Python (FastAPI, asyncio) to support real-time user interactions
- Architect Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector and graph databases to enable long-term context and personalization
