Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the final product aligns with the client’s business needs and objectives.
2. Implement industry best practices for defining project Sprints, goals, and deliverables, continuously enhancing them.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress using Jira.
4. Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders.
6. Manage resource allocation and availability.
7. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methods, communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
8. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring project objectives are met.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. 4 - 6 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development,
3. Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.

As a Community Manager Intern at PedalStart, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our community . You will work closely with our marketing and social media teams to develop and execute strategies for community engagement, brand advocacy, and user retention.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and engage with our community across various online platforms, including social media channels, forums, and community forums.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from community members in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships.
• Create and curate engaging content to share with our community, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.

Responsibilities:

Manage each project’s scope and timeline

Coach team members in Agile frameworks

What will I be doing?

• Ideate with key stakeholders, do market research and translate business goals to the product roadmap
• Define the product release process and coordinate all the processes required to bring the product to market
