• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update hiring platforms and job portals.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment records and generate reports.
• Assist in additional HR functions, including employee engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the creative or design industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

GST:

• Verification of Books of accounts, Revenue Data and Computation of GST liability on a monthly basis
• Verification and Computation of RCM Liability on monthly basis,
• Filing of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & Monthly returns.
• GSTR - 2A/2B reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Filling GSTR 9 – Annual return and GST audit

TDS:

• Working closely with the Tax consultants for advisory and foreign tax-related matters

Handling the assessments and queries if any

• Computation of TDS & Equalisation Levy liability on monthly basis,
• Filing of TDS returns verification of PAN etc for Payroll and Vendor related payouts.,
• Filing of Equalisation Leavy returns,
• Interacting with other functions/departments within the company
• Knowledge of WHT on International Transactions

Transfer Pricing:

• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing transactions and compliance
• Foreign subsidiaries tax compliance and structuring transactions working with foreign consultants
• Monthly/quarterly local compliances relating to International subsidiaries (US, Middle east etc)
• Other matters related to taxation

JD for Java Developer Position (3-5 years)

Notice Period: 10-20 days or within 1 month

1. Excellent Java skills
2. Hands-on working experience with Spring, Hibernate, GIT, Jenkins
3. Strictly adhere to coding standards & unit testing
4. Excellent analytical skills and communication skills are a must
5. Knowledge of MySQL or any other DBMS
