Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager for the CBSE K-12 segment, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's culture, recruiting top talent, and ensuring the well-being of our employees. Your focus will be on creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment efforts for the including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Ensure that we attract and retain top talent in the highly competitive EdTech & IT industry.
• Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, resolving employee concerns, and addressing issues promptly and effectively. Promote a culture of smart work and productivity. Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention. Organize team-building activities and events.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Indian labor laws and company standards. Ensure compliance in all HR activities.
• Performance Management: Design and implement KRA/KPI performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• HR Reporting: Maintain and analyze metrics and reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.     

Qualifications & experience : 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, database management, and data architecture, with a passion for building robust and efficient data systems

What you will do

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
3. Optimise data processing and storage solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data. 
5. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues in time.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and recommend innovations to enhance our data infrastructure.
7. Document data pipelines, workflows, and infrastructure to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability.
8. Create Data Dashboards from the datasets to visualize different data requirements

What we need

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
4. Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, BigQuery) and data warehousing concepts.
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
6. Familiarity with data processing frameworks and tools (e.g., Apache, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics concepts.
4. Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
5. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Big Data Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer).

 SQL Server DBA duties and responsibilities

• Experience in  both sql server DBA and DBA developer

•             Configure and maintain database servers and processes

•             Monitor system's health and performance

•             Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and  security

•             Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time

•             Provide suggestions for solutions

•             Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
