About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about design, creativity, user experience, and solving real-world problems through thoughtful digital experiences.
At Skillinabox, this role goes beyond creating visually appealing screens—you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our digital learning ecosystem. As a key member of our growing team, you'll play an important role in designing intuitive user experiences, creating engaging interfaces, developing design systems, conducting user research, and collaborating with product and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
● UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
● User Research: Understand learner needs, behaviours, and pain points through research, feedback, and usability testing.
● Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas.
● Design Systems: Create and maintain consistent UI components, design guidelines, and visual standards across products.
● Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, content, and business teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
● Design Improvement: Analyse user feedback and product performance to identify opportunities and continuously improve the overall user experience.
● Visual Design: Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colours, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
● Design Handoff: Prepare design specifications and assets and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Qualifications
● 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
● Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong communication skills are welcome.
● A portfolio showcasing UI/UX or product design projects is mandatory.
● Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
● Proficiency in Figma and other relevant UI/UX or prototyping tools.
● Strong problem-solving, visual design, presentation, and communication skills.
● Ability to understand user needs and translate them into simple and effective design solutions.
● Passion for design, technology, education, creativity, and hands-on learning.
