We are seeking a dynamic, field-driven Marketing Executive to lead our outreach efforts in engaging with Corporate clients and promoting our diverse service verticals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, can pitch our services effectively, and has a keen understanding of the social impact sector. 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Conduct client meetings, pitch services, and build collaborations with CSR clients. 

2. 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬: Propose tailored solutions across capacity building, CSR project management, employee volunteering, and research services. 

3. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Deliver impactful presentations and develop client-specific proposals.

4. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Generate leads, build relationships, and attend networking events to expand the client base.

5. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Regularly update management on client progress, meetings, and feedback.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (CSR or social sector focus preferred).

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and pitch services effectively.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced field environment.

- Familiarity with CSR initiatives, social impact strategies, and MS Office tools.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

- Experience in CSR, NGO, or social impact sectors.

- A strong corporate network and understanding of social issues in India

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of experience in project management or a technical role.

2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

3. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

6. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.

Key aspects of this role:
• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request,
Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals,
SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations
• Participate in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products
outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and
troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
To be the right fit, you will need:
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and
configuration.
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow
Platform technology and tools.
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes
(Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog), PPM/ITBM
• Understanding of IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy
improvements, and update Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform
interfaces (to other data sources) and the data within tables, import sets and the
CMDB.
• Preferably certified in ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing robust, mobile-friendly Web & Mobile applications which includes managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment

Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications

Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software

Provide feedback to management during the development process

Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

Support customer requirements for the team within established SLA’s.

Provide technical expertise to resolve service impacting incidents and problems.

A successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team, be selfmotivated, and work in a loosely defined environment as well as build relationships within the collaborative team

Qualifications & Experience

• Total Experience 3-10 years in the relevant field
• Engineering Degree in Computer Science from a reputed institute
• 2-3 years of technology experience
• Extensive experience in Coding C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Design Pattern, SQL queries
• 2+ years experience with design patterns and best practices
• 2+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, emphasis on frameworks such as Angular 7+, React (good to have)
• Ability to realize and implement Design Comps into a aesthetically pleasing web experience.
• Ability to design and develop for Mobile (Experience with Xamarin will be an added advantage)
• Proven past experience of Azure storage and SQL Server
• Team player, confident, independent and enthusiastic!
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology and information systems development and support.

Education and Experience:
