The core of our Real Estate Tech ecosystem is the products we build and the Data that powers them. With a large number of products and business functions in place, Data flows massively into our backend. transactions, click events, uploads, updates, geospatial events, etc. flows in the system in large volumes and varieties. Constant monitoring of KPIs for all the product and business functions is an integral part of our success. As a product analyst, you will be an integral part of driving this success.
You will work closely with Product & Data Sciences to define KPIs, Report & Track them. You will breathe Data and with the spirit communicate to Business, understand problems, answer questions and create strategic solutions with Data. Your numbers and dashboards will drive business decisions, product enhancements & track product metrics.
An ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities in Big Data with equal product & business acumen along with fluid communication abilities. They should have a strong quantitative/technical background, natural curiosity, and the ability to influentially communicate to senior leadership with numbers and strategic insights.

What will you bring:
- Strong quantitative aptitude with a keen product inclination
- Passion for consumer products with an equal affection to Data
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- Proven track record in quantitative analytics
- Proficient in SQL - the language of Data
- Strong foundations in Statistics - the grammar of Data
- Proficient in at least one of the following analytics tools - Pandas/R (Not Excel)
- Fluid scripting abilities with Python
- Strong understanding of the grammar of Data Visualization with the ability to make expressive reports and dashboards
- Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written
- Strong understanding of experimentation methods (hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions, experimentation logic, and biases)
- Strong understanding of product growth optimization methods - tracking activity funnels, drop rates, outbound communication strategies like push, recommendations, emails, etc.
- Ability to function smoothly in a collaborative environment with Product, Business & Data Sciences
