Summary/Objective:

The primary objective of hiring a Project Coordinator is to efficiently manage customer data, oversee project development, and ensure the successful deployment of websites. The role involves collaborating with various teams, handling customer feedback, and maintaining high-quality website deliverables.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Customer Data and Project Management:

·        Effectively manage customer data and all the related information.

·        Ensure accurate documentation and organization of work flow details.

·        Collaborate with the Design team for creating mockups and visuals.

·        Communicate design concepts and seek customer approval via email correspondence.

2.   Development and Progress Tracking:

·        Liaise with the Development team to facilitate smooth task flow.

·        Monitor and track work progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.

·        Verify websites to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

3.   Testing and Quality Assurance:

·        Coordinate with the Testing Department to assess task status and identify bugs.

·        Collaborate with team members to address and resolve identified issues.

·        Ensure rigorous testing to maintain high-quality website deliverables.

4.   Customer Engagement and Feedback:

·        Deliver beta versions of websites to customers for review and feedback.

·        Collaborate with team members to implement customer-suggested changes to beta websites.

·        Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and promptly address their concerns.

·        Need to communicate with customers over email for their concerns and changes

5.   Website Deployment and Live Process:

·        Manage the transition from beta to live website by following customer approvals.

·        Oversee the live website deployment process, ensuring a seamless transition.

·        Implement customer-requested changes post-approval, ensuring a polished final product.

6. Product Management:

·        Effectively manage and Upload customer and vendor product information.

·        Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate representation of products on the website.

·        Update and maintain product details to provide up-to-date information to customers.

7. Website Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

·        Facilitate day-to-day website changes and improvements to enhance user experience.

·        Proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and suggest improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Graduate/ Post Graduate.

·        Good to have IT background.

Experience:

·        2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator role.

·        Experience in IT sector is must.

·        Clearly articulate ideas and project requirements.

·        Foster open and transparent communication within the project team.

·        Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

·        Handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Job Position: Sr. Graphic Designer – 2D / Visualizer

Location: Pune

Job Profile:  

• Creative bent of mind, enthusiastic & understanding of Event work  
• Convert client brief into Design Concepts
• Develop creative ideas & Concepts
• Understand & work within Brand Guidelines of Clients
• Should have knowledge of all 2D Software eg : Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw, InDesign, Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of Print technology, responsible for print specifications
• Hands on experience of working on event collaterals, Event branding / Conferences / Set Designs etc
• Visualize & create out of the box solutions
• Should have knowledge of Animation, Videos & video editing, After Effects software
• Should be able to work under pressure & complete work as per deadlines

• Build and execute acquisition plans every month working with all stakeholder teams.
• Own the quality of customers and CAC.
• Own app install campaigns, CPI, uninstall rates etc.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Google, Affiliate Marketing platforms and MMPs such as Appsflyer
• Expertise in optimisation techniques to scale up campaigns and deliver Low CPIs and CAC
• Strong knowledge of managing funnel events and customer journeys to deliver high ROI
• Own performance marketing channels. Improve RPCs, CPVs, CAC etc.
• Identify new channels for app installs, performance marketing and digital marketing.
• Manage the media planning activities end to end.
• Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities etc.
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives

Requirement:

• Experience in managing Google ads/Facebook ads for apps
• Expert level analytical skills
• Hands on experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer/ Branch / Adjust
• Expert level knowledge of spreadsheet programs
• Understanding of playstore analytics and app ecosystem
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics (preferably adobe analytics)
• Great communication skills

• Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura CC Portfolio – AAEP, DSS, BRE, POM, CMS, WFO, AWFO, Breeze, Oceana and advance level troubleshooting to make project cut-overs successful.
• Works with the customer on recurring alarms that trigger in the PBX and provides plan of action to isolate the defect in PBX/Network - Problem Management
• Session Manager/System Manager (SIP server) administration and routing configuration
• Session Border Controller administration and configuration
• Session Border Controller to Session Manager Routing configuration
• Works with the onsite system technician as required during test and turn-up of phones, application servers, and adjuncts
• Works with Service Provider for circuit turn-up activities and other issues associated with the maintenance activity
• Troubleshooting intermittent Server restarts, Call drops and Network-triggered voice quality issues that require traces to be setup at multiple end-points and deep analysis of all collected traces to come up with resolution plan
• SIP Link restoration and troubleshooting that require set up and analysis of SIP traces
• Troubleshooting Call flow Routing and Adaptation between SIP Server and Session Border Controller
• Troubleshooting Voice quality issues (Static, Jitter, Robotic voice, Latency) over WAN using Sniffer and Network traces

• Experience in React Native, Redux, CodePlus

• Need to have design/UI component knowledge on both Android/iOS platform.

• Capable of deploying the mobile app on both Android / iOS platform.

• Excellent knowledge in the integration of the NPM module within the environment.
