Cyber Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and departments.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, performance metrics, and operational trends.

2. Database & Data Accuracy Management

• Manage and regularly update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and confidentiality across all platforms.

• Implement best practices for data validation, version control, and audit checks.

3. Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and anomalies.

• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

4. Reporting Automation, System Recommendation & Implementation

• Identify opportunities to replace manual or semi-manual processes with automated, data-driven systems.

• Design and implement automated reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data pipelines using Excel (Power Query, VBA, Macros), SQL, BI tools, and Python.

• Proactively suggest new automation tools, system enhancements, or integrations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of approved automation initiatives, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

• Continuously monitor and optimize automated systems in line with business growth and evolving data needs.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to understand reporting and data requirements.

• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis, custom reports, and special data requests.

• Act as a data partner to department heads for decision support and performance tracking.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain complete and updated documentation for MIS processes, reports, data models, automation logic, and system changes.

• Ensure compliance with company data governance policies and applicable data protection standards.

System Development & Data Structuring Responsibilities

• Study and understand departmental workflows to evaluate how data is generated, processed, and utilized.

• Review existing manual and digital data systems to identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Recommend structured data models, reporting formats, and storage solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Coordinate with department heads to define data structures, access levels, and reporting standards.

• Implement new or upgraded data systems (Excel-based models, cloud platforms, ERP integrations) with minimal operational disruption.

• Design structured data formats and role-based access controls to ensure secure and organized data management.

• Train employees on newly implemented systems and provide post-implementation support.

• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve systems based on user feedback and organizational growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or system automation roles.

• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Advanced Excel: Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA basics, Macros, Charts

• SQL: Complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning

Roles and Responsibilities

 Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.

 Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the site

 Update our social media pages with compelling company news, events, celebrations or solutions and services

 Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

 Maintaining a visible online on social media presence and adhering to the marketing goals

 Increasing the company's awareness and readership by using relevant advertising techniques

 Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behaviour of our target audience

 Familiarity with paid advertisement and aware about different websites, and tools for creating graphics, images and video content

 To create a range of engaging digital content such as Marketing and    

 Promotional videos and Reels to be used across a variety of online 

 platforms and social media channels.

 To help us maximise our online profile and develop our ever-growing social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content.

 Pays attention to trends on Instagram Reels creating and analyzing what works for our business.

 Coordinate with the creative department to create advertising/engagement posts (e.g. for Company Events, Job posts, etc.)

 Contribute to the creation of various content materials including: Blogs, Articles, Website Pages, Email templates, Social Media posts etc

 Develop a deep understanding of MHFAI’s business, brand voice, and target audiences.

 Develop posts and articles on a wide range of topics that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to our website

 Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

 Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and   industry best practices to maximize efficiency

 Requirements and skills

 3+ years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields

 Excellent written and oral Communication skills

 The ability to create original web content with images or videos

 Proven work experience as a Social Media content writer or a similar role

 Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

 Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

 Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

 Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and keyword research

 Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content

 Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas

JOB DESCRIPTION:. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Ensure new features and subject areas are modelled to integrate with existing structures and provide a consistent view. Develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flow and data models of the data warehouse appropriate for various audiences. Provide direction on adoption of Cloud technologies (Snowflake) and industry best practices in the field of data warehouse architecture and modelling.

• Providing technical leadership to large enterprise scale projects. You will also be responsible for preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). This role requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project Roles & Responsibilities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Desired Experience/Skills:
• Must have total 5+ yrs. in IT and 2+ years' experience working as a snowflake Data Architect and 4+ years in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects.
• Must have experience at least two end to end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse and 3 end to end data warehouse implementations on-premise preferably on Oracle.

• Expertise in Snowflake – data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
• Expertise in Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features
• Expertise in deploying Snowflake features such as data sharing, events and lake-house patterns
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Big Data model techniques using Python
• Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse
• Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling)
• Experience with data security and data access controls and design
• Experience with AWS or Azure data storage and management technologies such as S3 and ADLS
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
• Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning and troubleshoot
• Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively and as issues surface
• Must have expertise in AWS or Azure Platform as a Service (PAAS)
• Certified Snowflake cloud data warehouse Architect (Desirable)
• Should be able to troubleshoot problems across infrastructure, platform and application domains.
• Must have experience of Agile development methodologies
• Strong written communication skills. Is effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication
