Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 5+ years of experience in mobile application development and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in Flutter & Dart.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of cross-platform mobile development, a passion for clean code, and the ability to build robust, high-performance applications.

Mandatory Skills: Flutter, Dart, Cross-platform Mobile Development, RESTful APIs, State Management (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod), Firebase, Git, iOS & Android Deployment, Agile Methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver new features.
• Maintain and enhance the existing codebase by fixing bugs and optimizing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Proven experience deploying apps to iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of state management techniques (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDK integrations.
• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin (Java knowledge preferred). Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, WebSockets, payment gateways, and third-party services while implementing secure authentication (OTP, JWT, OAuth) and role-based access control. Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and manage Play Store releases. Experience with Git, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and API security best practices is essential. Exposure to real-time applications (ride-hailing, delivery, chat), CI/CD, Docker, and WhatsApp Business API is an advantage. Candidates should possess strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Professional experience in enterprise Java software development using Spring MVC frameworks, RESTful APIs, and SOA

• Experience with Selenium for UI automated tests written in Cucumber or Scala will be a plus

Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and code quality.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a minimum of 1+years, specifically in mobile app development using React Native.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native framework.

Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS and Android) and related tools.

Experience with mobile app testing frameworks, such as Jest or Detox.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of mobile apps with backend services.

Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques and tools.

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
