Kim.cc is building the AI-powered BPO of the future. As a Prompt Engineer, you will design,
refine, and optimize prompt systems that power our LLM-driven features—across agent
assistance, QA automation, ticket summarization, customer insights, routing, and voice/chat
workflows.
You will work at the intersection of language, product logic, and AI behaviour, shaping
how our AI systems reason, respond, and perform in real-world customer support
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Design & Optimization
● Craft high-quality prompts, instructions, workflows, and agent behaviours for
LLM-based features.
● Build, iterate, and optimize prompts for reliability, accuracy, tone, safety, and cost.
● Develop evaluation frameworks to test performance across edge cases, failure
modes, and regressions to ensure robustness.
LLM System Development
● Work closely with AI engineers to integrate prompts into chains, RAG systems, or
hybrid models.
● Create prompt-based pipelines for tasks like:
○ Chat/voice summarization
○ Classification & tagging
○ QA automation
○ Disposition prediction
○ Agent-assist suggestions
○ Multi-step reasoning & workflows
Data & Evaluation
● Analyze call/chat transcripts to identify patterns and refine prompt logic.
● Run A/B tests, prompt benchmarks, and track quality metrics (accuracy,
hallucinations, latency).
● Document prompt changes, rationale, and performance deltas.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Partner with product, ops, and engineering teams to understand workflows and
problem statements.
● Translate business requirements into robust prompt systems.
● Build internal frameworks, libraries, and best practices for prompt engineering.
What You Should Bring
● Strong command over language, reasoning, and structured communication.
● Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or NLP-based products.
● Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar
ecosystems.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and improve AI outputs.
● Ability to think through real-world workflows and edge cases.
● Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
● Experience with Python for prototyping or evaluation automation.

ROLE MISSION (WHY THE POSITION EXISTS)
Responsible for managing the MD’s calendar, prepares any notes for the meetings, fixes appointments with visitors, internal staff, etc.
Prioritizes and follows up on concerns addressed to the MD, including those marked sensitive or confidential nature. Follows course of action as recommended by MD.
Drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the MDs ability to perform his/her duties
Making transport and travel arrangements and preparing expense reports for the MD
Coordinates internally with internal departments and acts as a point of contact between internal and external employees, vendors, external clients and guests
Arranging minutes of meetings, conferences, Board meetings
Filing all important documents, correspondence for the MD’s office
Responsible for regular monthly reports as required by the Management
Coordinates with external organizations, as required

Responsibilities
- Supports team in all animation efforts, working closely with programmers, designers, production, and everyone else on a tightly-knit game development team
- Build/Maintain high quality character animations for our project
- Coordinate and take part in the design of early 2D or 3D elements during pre-production: storyboard/animatic/previs, gameplay prototyping, fake footage, blocking, etc.
- Help develop and maintain animation standards for the project.
- Supporting/Creating a character pipeline that can lean into customization or modularity.
- Drive quality and style standards for additional animation development with outsource partners.
- Full animation pipe expertise. Take an unrigged static character model all the way to animating in the Unity engine
Requirements
- 5+ years prior professional experience as a 3D animator developing games (Preferably worked in Unity engine before)
- Ability to quickly rig and animate a variety of characters and creatures for real-time use in the Unity engine.
- Mastery in breathing life into characters of all shapes and sizes.
- Excellent blocking skills that allow for rapid results in early iteration and testing.
- Highly collaborative. Experience working with other artists and can take the lead on strike teams, features, or art lead projects.
- Takes initiative and will help create and maintain a vision for a game, understanding that following through with memorable game experiences is a team effort
- A passionate, performance-driven self-starter
- Good 2d skills, but a mastery in 3D animation.
