Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly cloud spend reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Manage cloud financial tools and consumption platforms.

- Partner with engineering/product teams to identify cost drivers and savings.

- Build financial models and forecasting tools for cloud spend.
- Automate FinOps workflows using Python, SQL, and cloud-native services.
- Develop AI-powered cost optimization tools using GenAI APIs.
- Create data pipelines for real-time cost visibility and alerting.
- Onboard stakeholders to FinOps tools and practices.
- Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards for spend tracking.
- Promote cost-conscious architecture and automation-driven optimization.
- Analyze usage patterns and provide technical cost-saving recommendations.
- Build self-service FinOps portals and GenAI chatbots for cost insights.
- Use GenAI to enhance automation, reporting, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in finance, CS, IS, or related field.
- 4+ years in Cloud FinOps or IT Financial Management.
- 6–8 years in Cloud Infra, DevOps, or Software Development.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI cost tools and FinOps platforms.
- Proven FinOps experience in enterprise environments.
- Skilled in building reports, dashboards, and financial insights.
- Strong grasp of cloud pricing, billing, and optimisation strategies.
- Experience with tagging, anomaly detection, and lifecycle policies.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and automation for FinOps.
- Hands-on with GenAI APIs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Power BI and data visualisation libraries.
- Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks and chatbot development is a plus.
- FinOps Certified Practitioner; cloud certifications preferred.

What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to understand client workflows, identify quality gaps, and ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Design, implement, and execute both manual and automated tests for client-facing workflows across our web platform.
- Write robust and maintainable test scripts using Python (Selenium) to validate workflows, integrations, and configurations.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Software QA (manual + automation), ideally with exposure to client-facing or Customer Success workflows.
- Strong understanding of core QA principles (priority vs. severity, regression vs. sanity, risk-based testing).
- Hands-on experience writing automation test scripts with Python (Selenium).
- Experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright + TypeScript or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS workflows, integrations, or APIs (JSON, REST, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills — able to interface directly with clients, translate feedback into testable requirements, and clearly articulate risks/solutions.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity when working on client-specific use cases.

The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated geographic area or territory.
