We are looking for CMS (WordPress and Drupal) Developers for our offshore development center in Indore, India.

Responsibilities:

• 1+ years experience in development, theming.

• Must have knowledge of Customizing WordPress and Drupal Applications

• Develop modify and enhance CMS plugins.

• Develop high-performance, highly scalable, custom development and/or plugin development for WordPress and Drupal sites – integrating templates into CMS.

• Mentor to Junior Developers

• Ability to juggle multiple client projects of varying scope, complexity, and effort.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science.

• The overall experience of 1+ years in Software Development.

• We are looking for solid CMS (WordPress and Drupal) developer who should have done 3 or more CMS (WordPress and Drupal) projects.

• CMS (WordPress and Drupal) experience is a must.

• 1+ years of experience in development, theming.

• Should be able to write design/requirements documentation.

• Ability to understand technical documents like SRS, Design Document.

• Self-motivated and proactive professional who can take ownership of modules/projects.

• Fluent English communication (verbal & written).

• Build robust & scalable web applications
• Participate in product design, development, verification, troubleshooting & delivery of web applications.
• Design and create relational database schema & application framework as needed
• Work with a worldwide team to integrate the product to meet the requirement

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science from a top-tier institution
• Relevant full-time work experience of 4-8 years
• Strong foundation in computer science, with solid competencies in object-oriented software design patterns, software QA methodologies, processes, and test automation.
• Ability to self-teach.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• PHP, Javascript/AJAX, SOAP/REST, GIT
• MySQL/NoSQL
• Linux
• Software development life cycle (SDLC)

Desirable Technical Skills:

Looking for 1-2+ years’ experience with front/back end web development experience with Magento e commerce experience.

We are looking for an experienced (2+ years’) Web Developer with Magento (PHP) e Commerce experience to join our expanding team to build our product.

The incumbent is required to work on the full development lifecycle, will use their experience of front and back end to build highly responsive websites. He/She will have all the tools needed along with a fantastic working environment, which is driven by a highly motivated and enthusiastic team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop on new and existing client projects built using the Magento platform
• Architect and write custom extensions according to best practices
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable code
• Perform a mix of front-end and back-end development on new and existing Magento sites
• Develop new integrations and custom extensions
• Deploy code across development, staging and production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs found in existing Magento installations
• Integrate Magento with other third-party systems
• Communicate and collaborate with developers on the team
• Develop solutions in given time frames
• Communicate with managers about any issues or concerns.
• Experience creating Modules/Webservices (REST/SOAP)/Themes

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Believes in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, &, etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to a great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making system more stable and easy.
• Work closely with the Product manager, designers, and other peer developers.
• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role.
• Smart Hands-on coder who can independently architect solutions and mentor team members.
• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
